Last year a stylist thought it was funny to chop off more than 8 inches of my hair with out asking laughing to her coworker saying "look I did another one". She also bashed her coworker thru my whole session that I complimented. I tried multiple times to change topics and she would keep going back to making fun of the girl. Such a draining experience. Today I booked an appointment thru the text system that reached out to me and when I showed up for the appointment no appointment was made and the person at the desk said too bad you should of made sure the ai bot responded to me, which it did and I showed her. Did not even try to work me in or anything.

My flight to Largo ,Florida was the following morning. When I arrived in Largo I called Elkae Salon told them my problem, they set me an appointment right away. Kiandra was my stylist. She did an amazing job. She took the time to examine my hair, explained exactly what needed to be done to correct it. She then gave me an amazing shampoo, with scalp massage, talk about relaxing.
