Most places I have been to have had some of that. A talented tech here, a cute space there, friendly staff somewhere else. But I had never found a place that had it all. Hollywood Nails is that place. The moment I walked in, Bella the owner made me feel seen, welcomed, and warmly greeted. Like any salon they did run a little behind due to the services and high demands especially when summer is around the corner, but they communicated the whole time and made sure my daughter and I still felt like our time mattered. The space is smaller than most places I have been, but do not underestimate it. Every corner, every bit of decor, and all of the organization was thoughtfully done. You can tell the owner and her staff put care into making sure every customer, young or old, feels looked after. I had the Pearl Jelly Spa Pedicure with a nail tech named Mya. She was knowledgeable, talented, and really took the time to hear what I wanted. Even mid-pedicure, she made sure the customer near her still felt seen and cared for. My daughter had a gel manicure with Bella and absolutely loved her experience. She loved her nails, but even more she loved her time with Bella, who treated her as an equal and not just a kid who did not know what she wanted. 100% recommend this place.

I have been doing gel manicures every three weeks for the last six months, and have had nothing but good experiences. I came in with serious damage from some press ons and Bella has done a great job bringing my nails back to life so they are natural and healthy! She even takes these cute pics for me when a set goes extra well :) The salon is always clean, welcoming and decked out in decor for whatever season we're in. The spa is very modern and a relaxing oasis as soon as you walk in. The lockers were easy to use and the relaxation room has snacks and beverages to enjoy. I always get the cinnamon tea. It's delish. I'm not sure why this location asked, because they didn't seem to follow anything I wrote. This was for my boyfriend's birthday and his name was not on the sign when we walked in, despite me listing that in the paperwork. In the past for my birthday, I have also gotten a card. My boyfriend went to get water for hot tea but the water was room temp. Not very comforting. The massages were nice. I had Ingrid and she was lovely! She did a great job and was soft in speaking during the massage. My boyfriend said his massage therapist was talking at normal volume and didn't find it as relaxing.
