Becky took the initiative to research my specific brand of henna and consulted with the Redken support team. I also found everyone to be friendly and courteous. I never once felt out of place. I e-mailed my artwork to Cody, and he did a fantastic rendition of the original art. I only waited a few minutes before being brought into the shop for my ink on the day of my appointment. I was in the chair,for about 1-1/2 hours, and all I can say is Damn!!!!!!! Cody, you did a fantastic job on my arm! I will definitely will be back for more.
