Always a challenge moving to a new town and having to find a barber. Stopped by Kraft Manor based on the reviews and convenient location. Timing was perfect as they were able to accommodate me right away without an appointment. I got the haircut I asked for and no fuss. Old school - warm towels and razor trim when done. The owner has been cutting hair since the late 60s. I returned here a month and a half later; they have gone back to walk-ins only. No appointments needed. I rolled into town to cover for a staffing g emergency and needed a trim to look fresh and presentable. I looked around and found this old school Barber joint so dialed up , got a same day appointment and then headed over for a quick trim. It's straight up old school, three chair barber shop, warm towels and straight razor neck trim. I'd go back if I lived there but was pleased as an out of towner to find a place to get a haircut. Absolutely amazing customer service when you walk in and great quality fade. Hands down the best service I've gotten in a haircut and I get one almost every week. Mr. Erland, is a professional that has been a barber since the 1960's. Hot towel, Cream and razor for the skin fade, Blow dry to the top with styling and finish off with a wipe down/ vacuum to clean up the trimmings. Great little shop. It is convienently located in a small shopping plaza. I went in for a beard trim. It was great. And there was no wait. The chair conversation was pleasant. They have 3 chairs and barbers. One was a lady, and older man and a younger one. I enjoyed the experience more than one of the other shops I visited here in Salina. Best barber in town, hands-down. Uses a straight razor to line up when he's done ya get a hot towel treatment. Definately money well spent!
