    Dr. Fadi A. El Atat and his wife Sara are both great. Issue is that the staff is incompetent.

    Unbelievable my cousin had a one day surgery today 05/22/2023 that was scheduled for this afternoon…read morearound 1pm and was scheduled to go home in an Uber but I worked this morning and got off early and decided to pick her up. We'll the nurse or attending nurse called me and asked how long will it be before I pick her up. I felted really rushed after a major surgery even if it was one day...well they did not want to wait for me to pick her up so they RUSHED her out even while she was still getting dressed after the anesthesia...who does that...I always make a mental note of the services I receive and the reviews of others especially after a one day surgery. It was horrible. Make sure you check to see where your doctor is on staff. IJS...

Diana is a nurse that works alongside Sean Herman, and she has been a tremendous help. She does not make me feel like a bother when I email her pre AND post op questions, she replies fast as well, and is attentive in person. Another shoutout to Samantha Moore whose another nurse that works alongside Sean Herman. With both of them, I do not feel any anxiety coming to my follow up appointments, if anything, I look forward to them- and they always ask about my cat :).
