I received a call a atcthe end of January that my dress will arrive duri the 1st week of May. I called at the end of April and was told it will arrive on May 7. I called on May 7 and was told to follow up on May 8. Nobody called my on May 8, so I ca again and was told it may arrive that afternoon. Despite asking to get a call that afternoon, I didn't get one. I called again at 5:45 and was told that the dress did not arrive and it's unclear where it I s. The owner said she will follow up on Monday. I go a call on Monday that the dress was NOT shipped yet from Italy. She asked me if I wanted to get an express shipping which I refused! She told me to come in on Wednesday morning to try the floor model and have it adjusted (that was on May 13!) As the zipper may be worn for a redux price. I had to go to another place. I would recommend to stay away from this shop if you want to have a peace of mind!

Recently, I forgot my policy and I went to a big store in order to fix a leak under my kitchen sink. There was no one in the plumbing department to assist me and I ended up getting the wrong parts. Then I went to K & W, showed them a picture of the problem and they talked me through my options and made sure I left the store with parts and knowledge to fix the leak. The shop is run by this awesome, young owner named Ashley who is literally living her dream right now, having worked next door at HIM for years and now running her own store. I brought an EGO tractor in for repair that…read moreI did not buy from them and they were so accommodating and expedited the repair in a timely manner. They were great at communicating and were very good about explaining what was done to rectify the issue. When I needed tractor repaired I reached out to other dealers and no one wanted to accommodate me and all said if they did it would be weeks for them to repair the unit. David knows EGO products and has been to Chicago for factory training and figured out the issue very quickly. I will definitely go to them again and next time purchase EGO products directly. I am outside their pick up and delivery area and when I told them I had no one to help me pick up and deliver the tractor they delivered it for a nominal fee. Very flexible company and they want to make it all work out.
