But furs they just accept, and do not KNOW enough to check them out. It's a mistake to trust them. It seems they take whatever is brought in - no matter the condition. And they don't stand behind what they sell. Roundabout might pretend to be a boutique - but they don't KNOW what they are selling, and do not vouch for anything you buy there. I'm not sure this place even exists anymore. I have tried for 2 months to get my consigned clothes…read moreback. On 11/6 Marisa said they would deliver in 14 days, it never happened. They never contacted me until I followed up. On 12/11, I emailed and 5 days later Marisa said my clothes have been pulled for shipment and I would get a tracking number, that has not happened. Now, Marisa does not reply, I have offered several times to pick them up. There is no working phone number or address. I was at a location in Riverside, CT when I dropped my clothes off and it was a huge basement room with thousands of items. A lot of people are missing a lot of clothes based on what I am experiencing. I just would like the courtesy of a response and my items back which I'm trying to donate to people in need.
