The preparation was closest to a very tender version of confit, with the meat falling off the bones. Both desserts (coulant chocolate and tiramisu) were good. I liked the former more than the latter. The tiramisu was not as moist as I would prefer. SKIP; grilled octopus: super soft on one end without too much scorching - didn't like it that much.
