I didn't get surgery, but thought maybe time would heal it. Well after 8 years I got the point where everything hurt (walking, sitting, standing, etc..). I figured I would go to ALignLife and see what they might diagnose for me. I met Dr Ben and we talked for a good long while, he asked me a lot of quetions and took many, many X-rays. Areas I had no pain(neck), I could clearly see were also out of alignment. I have been going to AlignLife for a few months now and I cannot believe the difference. I am actually living PAIN FREE. I thought I would have to live with the pain for the rest of my life and endure having to go through surgery. Now I feel great and I only wish that others would try it. You do not need to live in pain, I cannot believe how much better I walk, sit and even sleep! My hands used to fall asleep while I was sleeping. After some neck adjustments, I sleep great! Back pain-gone, hands falling asleep-gone, limited range of motion in my neck-gone. I feel better than I did 10 years ago and I have Dr Ben and AlignLife to thank for it! Thank you!
