Both have been life changing. She is super knowledgeable on menopause...which is nearly impossible to find. On top of that, she is personable and takes her time with her patients. And I'm so happy I made the switch. They are so punctual, so attentive, and really listen. Everyone on staff is kind! Office is located in the main Broward Medical building. You can either valet your car on the east side of the building or self park in the garage and take the second floor walkway.

I used Dr. Schell's night nurse services for almost the first three month's of my baby's life. The nurses were both warm and beyond professional, not only providing care to my baby, but taking care of me as well. I was actually able to rest while they were there and it allowed me to function during the day so I could tend to my boys who were home full time on their summer break. No napping during the day for me, so having Dr. Schell's services were a Godsend.

This is my first pregnancy, and I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this office. The…read moremost frustrating part is that the doctors themselves were kind, knowledgeable, and professional--the issues I encountered were primarily with the administrative staff. I was referred by my doctor to Memorial, but when I contacted them, they had no record of the referral. After following up with the office, it appeared the referral had been sent elsewhere. I politely asked for it to be resent to the correct location, but despite multiple follow-up calls, Memorial still did not receive it. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I was met with noticeable frustration and dismissive behavior from staff, including interruptions and an unprofessional tone. I was also contacted and told I needed to repeat my bloodwork because it had been drawn in expired tubes, and the lab would not process it. There was no apology--only a comment that it had "only been expired by a day," which felt dismissive. When I declined to return and instead requested the order be sent to Quest so I could complete it there, I was told I would receive a call back. That call never came. Most concerning was my most recent interaction. I began experiencing spotting and, as this is my first pregnancy, I was understandably anxious. I called to ask if I could be evaluated or at least receive guidance. I was told to contact my new OB/GYN to see if they had sooner availability. I was also told that the staff would ask the doctors, but if I did not receive a call back, it meant they could not see me. Not receiving any follow-up during a time of concern was very discouraging. Overall, while the physicians were excellent, the lack of communication, follow-through, and basic patient support from the office staff made this a very stressful experience--especially during such an important time.
