The vintage apparel has a very good quality (fizzen washes, and mends the clothes before they shell them in the store). Fizzen has also a store in Zurich, Lucern and St. Gallen, if I am not wrong. The staff is very helpful and kind. Regrettably, a lot of teenage kids also visit this store. That's why this store is very corwded, especially on weekends.

We had never heard of Roy Robson a German men's clothing company, but we were quickly drawn to the fabrics and design of the clothes. Among the three of us, we bought a suit, two sport jackets, two pair of pants and a winter outer jacket. Of special note was the incredible, personal service we enjoyed from Fatima. We were so impressed by this experience that we drove hours out of our way the following week in Germany to shop at their outlet store where we purchased more clothes and enjoyed more excellent customer service.

First, Agathe herself goes above and beyond to be helpful and make sure customers find what they're looking for. On top of that, there are some really great items there for better prices than I find even at home in the states. (I got a perfect Bogner ski jacket and like-new Tory Burch purse for 80 USD each the day I went in.) Leather pockets in the shaft for .. ahhh your phone or something. :-) Exciting selection of western and biker boots you don't see everywhere in Switzerland. Maybe I'm saying that because I live in Texas the other 10 months in the year. Super nice owners and interesting crowd around. I recommend shopping here for all your leather and rebel needs.

This particular store has great service! I had to take in two of my ornaments because they broke…read moreduring a move :( But I took them here and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. I picked them up and they both looked like new! They were cleaned and beautifully fix. One did break in the same place not to long after (it was broken in an odd way..so I know it was hard to fix). But they guarantee there work and they took it back free to charge to be re-fixed. Plus the staff were so good about it, the woman apologized profusely and were happy to send it back to the factory in Austria for a repair. I've been to many of the Swarovski shops around the world, and this one is by far the best because of their great customer service :)

Visited Swatch Museum and it was superb. There are 5 levels of which only 2 were allowed for…read morevisitors. One level was for SWATCH and the other was for OMEGA museum. I really enjoyed my time at the SWATCH museum. There were walls of every type of watch made from the 1900s to current 2022. Various themes as well and videos of their history. This location in Biel is one of SWATCH's new headquarters. I was able to speak to the staff and learned that the exterior timber structures is one of the largest built and was designed by the Japanese star architect Shigeru Ban. Very beautiful curved silhouette. I took so many photos of the various watch styles I just didn't have time to look at every piece. Will need to return and spend a full day here and look. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. I even found an old SWATCH watch of mine from 2002! Also, this museum is free!

Stopped in Avenches for the Roman Theatre. Lacked some groceries for the evening and shopped in…read morethis smaller supermarket. Got everything we needed. Milk, veggies, pasta, some wine. Selection isn't huge though and prices higher than in one of the swiss chains. Staff was ok, but not more than that. It's fine to do some quick shopping. For more I'd head somewhere else.
