The technician was at my house for less than 30 minutes. They visually checked the circuit breaker in the garage and tested the outlet voltage, finding no issues. I was then billed $320 for about 30 minutes of diagnostics with no equipment, parts, or supplies used. After questioning the charge, there was no willingness to negotiate. Based on my experience, I highly do NOT recommend using them due to the extremely high pricing for minimal work.

I'm sure it wasn't totally easy tying into an already existing complex set of conduits and boxes way up in the air - 15 feet high, but it looks like it was all done together, nothing patchy or cobbled in. I feel the price was right for the work done. He did exactly what was asked and even swapped out an extension cord I had elsewhere which was a bit too short for the job.
