I think that's an apt description. Apparently the Popshelf chain is owned by Dollar General. It feels like an elevated dollar store experience, except most items are more than $1. There was a little bit of everything-home goods, cosmetics, toys, cleaning supplies, arts & crafts, pet stuff, snacks, and more. It's one of those stores where you go because you have an idea of something you want to buy but nothing specific, so you just browse around and see what you can find. I can't imagine shopping here all the time, but I'll stop in from time to time to see what kind of goodies I might be able to find.

They are high quality exactly like the ones from the other large craft stores. Also a large craft section and supplies. I guess it's like a Dollar Tree and Five Below but much more upscale. They have a lot of things that you would find in Home Goods like towels, picture frames, candles etc. The quality looked very good. In the back is a large selection of candy which is very well priced. My husband found Necco wafers for $1.00 compared to $1.79. It's all self checkout, the girl was very friendly and helpful with my nail polish. I wish it wasn't so far from my house, I hope they open one in the St Pete area soon. I recommend checking it out.

The prices are just right so why deny myself? You could compare them to 5 below but more adult friendly. The home decor section is top tier and I've gotten a lot of my drinking glasses from here. They also have little snacks and popular beverages in the cooler like kombucha and poppi. The Citrus Plaza location is also great because there's a Ulta, 5below, and Burlington or Tj Maxx right next to it. Perfect place to shop and grab a bite to eat.

They ship using FEDEX, which creates a whole set of problems in our delivery area. That being said, a delivery was allegedly attempted. However, there was no door tag or any indication that a delivery had been made. There is no record of a phone call to get buzzed in to our secure building either. So, I have to spend about an hour on the phone to get the package redirected to avoid any potential problems. And, FEDEX allegedly attempts another delivery. No door tag. No proof of any delivery attempt. Is that the shipper's fault? No. Is blaming your customer? You bet. Is claiming that FEDEX cannot guarantee any deliveries until January 2020? Flutter Fetti's shipping department actually claims the following in an email we received from their shipping manager: "I was told what happened with your order, I spoke with Fed-Ex directly and they have told me, that due to the holidays they are just packed from head to toe with packages and were unable to deliver your package." If they were unable to delivery my package because they cannot handle the volume, they how did they even make an attempt? Who is lying here? Be serious. If you use a vendor who creates problems for your customer that has been buying from you for years, don't lay blame on everyone else. We will make our future purchases on Amazon.
