    Ignorant and rude bus driver.

    Even though we knew where we were going. We asked our bus driver to make sure that they went there. Unfortunately, neither bus driver knew the exact bus stop that we needed to get off, so we ended up walking from the Lorton VRE all the way to the Lorton DMV! It saddens me on how clueless and ignorant some of these individuals who operate public transportation and don't even know their routes!

    I want to give -20 for this guy who's ask everyone to get out the bus cause Tyson's metro was closed and he's not going there I'm asked who's tell him that cause I was checking the website and he just reply on a sarcastic way go there to ask them and report I don't care so we walk 10 minutes on this weather because him ,and guess what nothing is close ???

    The service was great for years until the recent new contract. Now you can no longer depend on a bus showing up at all.

The check-in was smooth and I checked in through the Hilton Honors app. Since I car pooled with a coworker, I decided to check in with the front desk and ask well. The guy who checked in asked if I wanted 750 hhonirs points or free breakfast (or $10 credit). I opted for the food incentive since I am staying 4 nights and it was well more worth it. The room was pretty basic but clean overall. With the exception of the tv remote which was filthy. I used at least three times to clean that remote. It was really dirty and the wipes were black by the time I wiped it off. Eww. They only have two types of rooms so no upgrades really. A King and two queens. Th free breakfast bonus was nice. Perhaps since I was in golf status or it was that manager who checked me in. I ordered the three egg omelet the next morning and it was great. The mini frig, microwave, and mini Keurig machine was also a plus bit their K cups were not good. A tip is bring your own or buy some if you have any personal coffee preference. I may stay here again in the near future.

The room had a QR code that told you what was available as far as the fact that there is a restaurant and the fact that there is room service and the number to dial four room service, but no menu. When we attempted to dial room service, there was no answer. When we called the front desk, we were told that no room service was available. Had to come down, order it and carried up ourselves. The place was nearly empty, and yet the bartender seemed in attentive at best. I ordered food at the bar to be taken up to my room and while I waited, I explored the rest of the hotel. The pool is out of service, and Hilton is not in the habit of notifying people of that on the website when they go to book. The Wi-Fi was evident, but for whatever reason it never took me to the sign in page on my computer, so I was never able to actually log into it. To be fair that may be an issue with my browser and I didn't have a second browser installed on my laptop. Although I understand that there are times you can be understaffed, and there are times that facilities can be broken down. That said, I spent extra to stay at a Hilton Garden Inn that had amenities such as room service in a pool, instead of at a Hampton Inn, which is lower scale. I haven't yet tasted the food, but based on the lack of activity here, I am dubious as to how fresh it will be when it finally comes. I am praying that over the next two days of our stay they managed to impress us enough for me to come back and adjust this review. But for an initial impression, I'm giving them a two star strictly for the comfort and cleanliness of the facility.

The hotel staff was courteous and got us checked-in in no time. Our room was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen attached to the living room seemed good for families with kids & elders to make a quick meal or heat up leftovers on the pan. Reasonably priced and if you're an IHG member, you get points. We didn't experience any issues at all and actually this was one of the stress-free hotels my husband & I stayed at.     This has to be one of the worst car repair shops around and I have been to many of them. My car was…read moretowed here after dying on the highway. I received an initial call eight hours after the car was towed there saying they had my vehicle and then didn't hear from them again. No missed calls and no voicemails for over a week. I called the center every single day and no one ever answered the phone so I went into the location over a week later to check on the status of my car. The mechanic insisted that he personally left me multiple voicemail messages and called me repeatedly, but I had ZERO missed calls or messages from AAA. The mechanic then informed me that my car was simply out of gas and they were waiting for someone to track down some gas. They then charged me almost $200 for that diagnosis when I confirmed that my car was NOT out of gas and that I would have it taken elsewhere. I had my car towed to my trusted mechanic the next morning where they confirmed that not only did I have gas in the tank, but it was likely a timing belt issue. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone that relies on their vehicle at all unless they enjoy being treated with disrespect and/or have a lot of money to spend on needless diagnoses.

When the technician arrived, the first thing he asked me was whether I was "Muslim." I found this question highly inappropriate, unprofessional, and completely unrelated to the service request. He then attempted to jumpstart my car but failed and told me it was a mechanical issue that required professional diagnosis. I asked him to try again, as I was confident the car simply needed a jumpstart. He tried again and still insisted it was a mechanical problem. However, when I later called a mechanic, it took him less than two minutes to successfully jumpstart the car. This clearly shows that the issue was not mechanical, but rather a failure on the part of the AAA technician. I am left questioning whether the technician AAA sent was properly trained or competent, especially given both his inability to perform a basic service and his unprofessional behavior. This is not the first time I have had a poor experience with AAA. In fact, this service call ended up costing me more time and money than resolving the issue independently would have. What is even more frustrating is that I never received a follow-up regarding my complaint until it was time to renew my membership. The resolution offered was inadequate--a free service call to be used within a week before my membership expires, despite the fact that my membership already includes unused service calls. In other words, I was offered nothing of real value. When I pointed this out, the representative simply said, "I'm sorry you feel that way," which only added to my frustration. Overall, I am extremely disappointed--not only with the technician's incompetence and unprofessional conduct, but also with AAA's poor handling of customer concerns. There are many competitors offering better service, and based on my experience, AAA has fallen far short of expectations.
