Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites is in a great location in Warrensburg, right off main highway. Since we were here for a wedding nearby, we had many family members stay here. We were able to hang out downstairs in the breakfast area that evening. It was nice to be able to catch up and watch for other family members to show up. I love the decor of the lobby and the staff were pretty helpful and friendly. There's a bowl of apples and water available when you check in. They have a small fitness center that has a refillable water station. This place has an indoor pool and jacuzzi (separate areas). They only had 2 Queens available instead of a King but that was okay. The room and hotel common areas were clean. The air conditioner works great. Water pressure was good and it got hot fast. Our room had a small refrigerator and microwave. It had a desk, full length mirror and luggage shelf. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was good. They have scrambled eggs, omelettes and hard boiled eggs. The oatmeal had 11 different toppings (the most I've seen at any hotel we've stayed at). Other offerings: biscuits and gravy. Bagels, bread and English muffins to toast. Mini muffins, bananas, yogurt, milk, orange juice and apple juice. Waffle station. The only thing they didn't have was sausage or bacon. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. read more

I visited Warrensburg for a graduation May 29,2024. I requested a double queen but I received a King bed. Once I checked in my handicap room, the shower had hair in it. I was told that the hotel was booked up due to the graduation. I decided to clean the shower myself. They also did not have any tissue in the bathroom. The manager Tina Warren was rude when I telling her about my stay. I asked her if this location was a franchise. Her exact words were, did you see the name on the building? I would never stay here AGAIN. read more

Definitely recommend. Only hotel in the area we found and would stay again. Greeted with friendly staff who got us checked in right away. Rooms were clean and ready upon arrival. They had tea and a hot cocoa bar available after hours. Have a grab and go type breakfast. No hot items with the pandemic, but did have cereal, individually wrapped toast, English muffins, fruit, milks, juice, yogurt and microwaveable burritos and egg sandwiches. Oh and coffee of course!! I know, so far this is a rave review so why the 2 stars?? My only complaint, and this is kinda a big one since it ruined our night. We were in the room in the first floor right next to a fire room. Didn't seem like a big deal until there was some beeping alarm that kept going off all night starting around 2am. Not sure if this is normal, or if it had anything to do with being in the handicap (hearing impaired) room, but sleep didn't happen. read more

Can we just take a minute to talk about the front desk staff, 5 stars is just not enough! I came into town twice and needed to add extra nights onto my stay both trips. Pros: very well lit parking lot, staff willing to let me park my U-Haul in front of the main doors where security camera points, just off I-50, accommodated my request for a room overlooking said U-Haul. Cons: driveway and parking lot has lots of contours so difficult for U-Haul maneuvering (however, 26' van plus auto transport is the largest rig you can rent), got an early start and it seemed difficult for staff to pull out a few small/easy breakfast items early. read more

My mother an I just finished a one night stay at the Warrensburg Fairfield Inn an it was a very pleasant stay. My mom couldn't stop raving about how friendly an welcoming the entire staff was. Our check in was short an simple with Abby who let us know a little bit about the facilities (which is basically the gym). The hotel does offer a free an simple continental breakfast that we did take advantage of. The staff during breakfast was very thorough in sanitizing tables an keeping the breakfast area clean. The room was great, very comfortable. It included a microwave, a mini fridge, Paul Mitchell travel hair products, an even a couple Neutrogena mk up wipes which I appreciated. We enjoyed watching You Tube on the TV but it also offers Pandora an Netflix. The bathtub was the cleanest hotel tub I've ever seen but, the water pressure could of been higher. To top it off the hotel offers free chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon down at the lobby. The hotel is in a great location with Starbucks, Applebees, an OF COURSE, Walmart in the vicinity. read more

Traveling for pleasure, my fiancé and I chose the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott to be our two day home and hands down, no questions asked, that is what it was! We've stayed Marriott before but this one is #1 to us. The staff no matter who you spoke to made you feel so welcomed and cared about your stay to the fullest. They even remembered who you were after one encounter with you. It was bittersweet having to leave everyone here. Our last day and final encounter was with Tom, one of the owners. Such a polite gentleman and genuine person. Taking time out of his morning, asking how our stay was and just simple conversation. You don't see that from people anymore. All this being said, combining all these together. Starting with the staff, atmosphere, amenities/extras and location. We will stay here always when we are in this area and wished other would mirror them. Thank you to everyone who had a part in our stay. See you all again sometime! read more

Very new hotel, built in August 2017. Staff and manager introduced themselves and made the experience very personal and professional. Very clean and updated design for hotel. Love that all Fairfield's are now offering internet TV and access to Netflix, etc. Great feature and makes hanging in the room that much better. Bathroom was modern and clean. I will stay here again when in the area. Only recommendation to the hotel is to check the water softness level as it appears too high as everything felt soapy after rinsing off in shower and sink. Every person on the staff I encountered was friendly and accommodating- front desk, housekeeping, breakfast service. The room was very clean and well stocked. Breakfast had great options and was kept stocked and tidy. The gym was also a great surprise. It was small but the equipment available was very nice! My family of 7 stayed at this location for 4 nights and we could not be happier. We had two rooms and both were spotless and perfect. I can't say enough about the kindness shown by every employee we encountered during our stay. The breakfast was plentiful, hot, and delicious. We never felt rushed to leave the dining area even after breakfast hours were over. The pool was nice to relax in after the extremely stressful week we had. Stayed with my wife for 4 nights - March 21 to March 25. Outstanding customer service, outstanding room, excellent breakfast, excellent location. We have stayed at many Fairfield Inns, but this one is by far the best we have been to. Everyone from the front desk to the breakfast attendants to housekeeping are top notch in both their service and their courtesy. I agree with Jonathan G. This is absolutely the place to stay if anywhere in the area. My companion and I were also treated graciously by all of the staff we encountered. They were happy to fill any request we had and made us feel welcome and appreciated. Our room was spotless. I have allergies to dust and mold and I frequently have difficulty breathing in many high-end and clean appearing hotel rooms. Here, our room smelled as fresh and clean as it looked - not one sniffle or sneeze the entire visit! That may be a first for me. The TV was humongous, easy on the eyes and had a decent quality sound The bed was comfortable. There was a variety of types and firmnesses of quality pillows to choose from. The comforter on the bed was white so you could see that it was fresh and clean, unlike so many places that top their beds with hideous patterns of loud scratchy fabric made to disguise a multitude of stains. The furnishings were attractive, modern & convenient - even the desk lamps had outlets in the bases for easy access to charge electronics. The closet was plenty deep with an ample amount of normal hangers (instead of those awkward to use theft prevention type) and the best part of all - the bathroom. The shower was awesome! Our room had an oversized stand-up shower with enough elbow room for both of us to clean up together without being cramped. The curved glass shower doors were like a modern barn type of sliding door but this one was attractive and whisper quiet. The water pressure was awesome! The adjustable head went from thumping massage to a rain/sprinkle & the temperature stayed perfectly consistant throughout a lengthy washing. The hot breakfast had a nice selection of items and the smiling staff frequently checked on and refilled items quickly. Even the parking lot had ample room for those needing that little bit of extra space when towing a trailer I must say, other than a few very pricy and high end luxury suites, this was the most pleasant hotel stay I've ever had in all my years of travel read more
