Walk in an watch the assembly line of care. Nothing is personalized or private. I have been getting chiropractic care for over ten years and I have never had such an impersonal experience. Do not go to this business there are plenty of ethical chiropractor's around the city. Do not be fooled by these scam artists.

When asked they say they are not required to wear masks - although if you call the Health Department, they actually are! As practitioners in the medical field they should be compliant with health and safety rules so this is unacceptable. Due to their lack of concern for patient health and safety, I will not be returning. It makes me wonder in what other ways they may be reckless in prioritizing their own preferences over client health. Arrogant and unprofessional. And sad.

Both Dr Hensel and Craner are extremely knowledgeable and supportive, and I really appreciate how they have made me aware of many of the options available to me at their practice, but have yet to pressure me into anything I might not be comfortable with trying. Already, I have discovered many new therapies within the scope of Chiropractic care that I did not even know existed (for instance- Dr Craner successfully relieved some pain/ pressure in my abdomen that I didn't even realize was being caused by a hernia, and don't even get me started on the pressure points inside the mouth- mind blown by how affective her adjustments have been!! It was akin to taking a muscle relaxer without the side effects , immediately after the adjustment.).
