When I expressed my dissatisfaction/concerns I was threatened to receive poor/lesser service whether it be regular services or warranty work if I was to "slam" Champion via Google review. I was lied too, I was cheated, I am actively being ignored, and I was threatened. I approached them with a solution, they refused to move from their shady ways. Regretting shopping local once again.... True shame. Not to mention them "assuming" I wanted a higher interest rate over a longer period of time, even after I was program protected to a much lower rate with the term I chose!! Then when we chose the very same term I previously selected the interest rate was still higher than what we agreed on and locked me in at! Finally after being told I was wrong and the numbers were all correct, they then called the bank and got it all sorted out. Read EVERYTHING before you sign ANYTHING, that is especially true with this establishment, very unprofessional.

November 2022, I bought a used Tacoma from Nelson Toyota. There was damage to a rear fender and a…read morepart missing between the rear seat with a floor mat covering it up. The floor matt was from a different model of a truck placed there. One can only assume it was intentional as a cover up. When I brought these issues to the dealer first by phone and then by email with photos, they ignored me. Toyota Canada told me in 3 separate phone calls that they had contacted the dealer after seeing my photos and asked them to call me. The dealership did not respond. This Tacoma is my fourth Toyota and I am a fan but I will not be doing business with Nelson Toyota again.

What a shame to hire someone just because they are diverse and not for their actual abilties or leadership skills. This particular person seems to be the source of ALL of the problems with the credit union, making the public not want to bank or work here. Sadly, I won't bank here ever because of this person. They create politics with the banking staff, don't know what they are doing as a bank manager, and tHEy can't communicate with customers or staff. Seems like they may have some real mental health issues.

I applied for a mortgage from the TRAIL branch, it took a 2 months to get approval(due to decreased hours because of covid) Finally have approval for a mortgage at the going rate that other banks are providing. I wait 2 weeks for the paperwork in the meantime no one returns my phone calls. I get an email back saying the manager has changed her mind??? and I need to submit more information. So I send in further information they requested. I get approved again for a mortgage a few weeks later, paperwork will be ready in a couple days im told. I'm waiting....and waiting....and waiting. Again no one returns my calls for a few weeks. and you guessed it! Finally I get an email saying the District Manager has decided to change the terms of the agreement and will only mortgage for 50% of their appraisal of my home instead of 70% as agreed upon 4 months ago. Keeping in mind this is Trail, my home is appraised at 240k and I make over 100k a year! I cant trust a bank that changes their mind on whimsy, maybe the district manager has confusion issues? Maybe the Trail Branch Manager is new to banking and she doesn't know what she signed off on from one day to the next! Either that or they are so totally disorganized /incompetent at that branch they cant figure out a simple mortgage. Oh! And yeah they won't return my calls or emails again.... since I can't get any answers to what is going on I am posting my experiences at KSCU Trail branch so that other people can hopefully avoid banking at such a Sketchy place.
