The floor matt was from a different model of a truck placed there. One can only assume it was intentional as a cover up. When I brought these issues to the dealer first by phone and then by email with photos, they ignored me. Toyota Canada told me in 3 separate phone calls that they had contacted the dealer after seeing my photos and asked them to call me. The dealership did not respond. This Tacoma is my fourth Toyota and I am a fan but I will not be doing business with Nelson Toyota again.

We had them do a credit check under the false pretense of that price and then would not honour it when we were prepared to close the deal. Also planned to travel many hours to pick it up and were told the day before our trip that they needed to replace the windshield and it wouldn't be ready for another 4-5 days. Manager kept being too busy to talk to us and then couldn't be bothered to call us back. Incredibly unprofessional. The kind of treatment you would expect from a shady used car dealer.

Turns out he is really good at stretching the truth. Was told by the owner we would be given a $500 credit because we did not want the tv being offered as a promotional gimmick when a new vehicle order was placed so we selected a dashcam. But no credit was ever given, told us the dashcam was given to us at their cost..wrong again, we paid ford Canada price for it. Just a series of lies that have left a really poor taste. The excuse for the dishonesty? Was that we got a really good deal on our trade in. The rudeness of Devon the sales manager that we should "bring the car back" if we didn't like it was the final straw. We turned to Ford Canada customer care. Jason was incredible, truly cared and was appalled at how we were treated by AM Ford. he made it right by issuing us a $1000 credit, which is how much AM Ford screwed us out of. Promised the dealership would receive an internal negative review. They won't ever see our business again. Recommend that no one trust the sales managers there. The financial guy Bruce was great, he had no idea the BS going on Service guy is great too. The sales guy Ashton we first dealt with was a nice guy. Not very good with following up on emails or phone calls. LONG STORY SHORT..TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO NELSON FORD, OR CRANBROOK OR EVEN KELOWNA. AVOID THE DISHONESTY AT AM FORD.

We decided that we liked the Highlander and decided to put a $500 hold payment on it while we were waiting for a balance transfer to arrive in our account. We went home that night and discussed our financial situation and decided that although we really wanted the Highlander, we probably should stick something a little less expensive for now. We then saw that they had a Corolla Cross Hybrid coming and went back the next day to express interest in that. Kevin was amazing and did not try to upsell us or talk us back into the more expensive car; he showed us the Corolla Cross they had on the lot and let us sit in the seats. We weren't able to test drive it that day because it was pending sale. We made the decision to have them hold the Corolla Cross Hybrid that they had coming for us and we made a plan to come in and test drive it when it arrived. Due to some scheduling conflicts, we weren't able to come back and purchase the vehicle for another 4 days after we initially test drove the car. Our buying experience was fantastic! Hayden, Tim, Kevin and Kelly all really went out of their way to help us get an excellent monthly payment and work extremely hard to help make our budget and financial constrictions work! In the end, we got a lower payment than we were paying for our Camry. They offered us a great price for our Camry as well! Hayden went out of his way to get us an excellent services package while staying in our budget. At no point in time were any of the Colville Toyota staff rude, pushy or unprofessional! We happily drove away in our new 2024 Corolla Cross Hybrid, and we will happily refer anyone looking for a new Toyota to the amazing, friendly staff at Colville Toyota.

Recently brought my 1995 truck in for trouble shooting. Dropped off at 8 for an appointment…read more Checked in at 12:30 and it was still still sitting in same spot. It had not been serviced yet. They gave me some lame excuse about the tech went to the high school for a presentation. What is an appointment for? Finally looked at it and it was a quick look at not what I asked for It was not detailed. I have bought 2 brand new vehicles from these people and had them serviced regularly. An apology and a no charge would of been appropriate. I will not take my truck back and after my warranty expires on my new vehicle I will go else where. Its a shame they treat regular loyal customers this way. In my opinion Toyota Colville has expanded too much and cannot properly take care of their customers.

After contacting them through their online message system we were surprised to receive a phone call minutes later on NEW YEARS DAY! Perry was nothing but exceptional to work with and due to work schedules he had personally delivered the vehicle to us (3 hours away over 2 summits in the winter on his day off with his wife!) exactly as described including personally going through the vehicle while on the phone and describing everything exactly the way it was. The level of honesty and professionalism was more than a breath of fresh air. In addition, Naomi was incredibly helpful and pleasant preparing everything for a seamless interaction. It developed problem within a few weeks…read more I asked the dealership for help as they had a 12 month 12000 warranty and the vehicle still had factory powertrain warranty then they added another 5 year 60000 insurance policy to my sales contract without asking me. I did sign for it after the fact as they knew I would... When it came time for help with the bills it created I got stonewalled and still am being that. I sold it today and want you all to be very very wary of this dealership. Their 12/12000 warranty was told to me as a bumper to bumper but when it was needed it a powertrain only. I asked the GM for the aftermarket warranty contact and got stonewalled yet again... Draw your own conclusions but I would not send a soul to this dealership EVER. SHADY SHADY SHADY...
