I'll never forget the excellent care for my very bad migraine. The nurse checked my records and sized this mess up quickly. I had a migraine infusion just 6 days prior that was not effective. With a change of one of the meds in this cocktail I did get relief and was able to go home and sleep. I can't say enough able the nurse and the ER doctor who took such good care of me. The rheumatologist was very smart and took an excellent history. She had my labs done a week in advance. This made it possible for her to be definitive in this visit. She pick up on clicking in my right knee, that does hurt often. Allina has their act together. Allina Health Plymouth has become my preferred place for health services.

Dr. Hasan is an excellent clinician. The doctor I'd been seeing for over 20 years retired a few months ago, and I was really nervous about making a switch. I came out of this appointment feeling more heard and understood by Dr. Hasan than I had been feeling for the last few years with my old doc.

I feel like I am a very easy going patient, I don't have high expectations but communication and cleanliness are my biggest things. I have had difficulties in the past with poor english speaking nurses and there is nothing worse then looking at junk on the floor and throughout the room and know I am stuck in bed and can't go over and throw things in the garbage, but shouldn't this just be expected. This experience was better then others with clear speaking nurses but the lazier nurses that left needle covers on y bed, garbage on the floor even my blood pressure couch just thrown on the chair so who moves that if I want to sit in the chair, I saw the thermometer dangling inches above the floor, I know they put covers on them but this is just sloppy. I need to share the name of the worse nurse I had B.J. I asked if someone would be available to help me take a walk after breakfast, repose...oh sure, so after breakfast ask for help and am told maybe after lunch, then asked after lunch and was told well your going to be going home today anyway so no walk. Then learned I am going to be discharged today, great news until it wasn't. 3 hours later am told that the hospital pharmacy filled my prescriptions that I would be going home with, but now they are closed (2:30 Sunday afternoon) Because of this my home pharmacy could not fill them as they had already been filled. So I am told I have to stay another night. Seriously? So ok, guess I will be going home Monday so Monday morning Dr comes through for morning rounds and I am told it will probably be after lunch until discharge, ok so repeat of Sunday I ask for a walk after breakfast (Physical therapy) I was told yes, someone would be in soon, 2 hours later asked for a walk again and am told we are bu8sy and you are going home today anyway. I was shocked!!! Isn't this a good thing that I am wanting to get some PT in. So finally about 1:30 nurse comes in and goes over discharge paperwork. Ok got it all covered calling my fiancé I am ready to go, then I look over the paperwork and see I am scheduled for a brain and spine appt then next page I see they have me on gabapentin, I hate that drug and nobody talked to me about adding it. Then look closer and see oh here's the problem, my name is now Cynthia. Now I am very concerned and just need to get out of here before a bigger mistake happens. WOW Hospital is where you need to have 100% trust. Pretty scary knowing that I put my trust in this place.

We had a baby girl delivered in Maple Grove delivery and labour center by Dr Thayer, nurse Maddy where so incredible even with a little complication as baby gurl was 8lb4oz got a little stuck coming out which they quickly massaged her out. Thank you for brining suck a little bundle of joy into our lives. In the family care centre we checked in with nurses Ashley, Cassie, Maddy, Courtney looking after us 24/7 they where amazing nurses and very attentive and knowledgeable. We were truley blessed to have such incredible nurses looking after our baby gurl, I can strongly say they best nurses and Dr I've ever had looking after our birthing and this is my 3rd child. I spent maybe 10 minutes at the registration desk to update insurance, I think that's what she was doing. We also showed up on time for our eye exam, appointment but ended up sitting an extra 15 minutes before being seen by the provider. I was also unaware of the eye drops needing to sit for 20 minutes before we would be seen again by the provider. Although staff are friendly And they seem to provide quality care things just move a little too slow for my busy lifestyle.

The Park Nicollet on line systems to offer and support their services completely suck. They mention a "reserve a spot in line" feature, but then never offer a way to access it. The published on-line current wait time was 45 minutes, but there wasn't even a line when we arrived and workers said it was very quiet with no patients. The workers there can't do anything about PNs crummy systems so I won't blame them. Check-in was quick and easy performed by pleasant helpers. I had less than five minute wait to go to the exam room for some initial questions by a very friendly nurse, then was whisked to X-ray. No waiting for X-rays, finished in less than ten minutes, then back to the exam room. Doctor came in a minute later, walking me through the X-rays and diagnosis, very competent and friendly. No one ever hopes for a diagnosis of two broken ribs and a six to 8 week recovery, but getting to it quickly, with a minimum of hassles, performed by competent friendly health care workers was a very good experience for me.

The doctors and nurses are extremely welcoming and comforting during your visit as well as the staff! Everyone there is just so nice and very friendly you don't even feel like you're in a clinic but more just hanging out with awesome people. The services that the Annex offers are low cost and the best part is that the clinic not only serves teens but adults up to age 25! After going to the Annex I will not go anywhere else because no other clinic can compare to how friendly and welcoming they are!
