The doctor had an emergency to step out which I understood but calling me less than an hour before the appointment was kind of disappointing. I'm driving and I didn't have a safe way to listen to the message or answer the call, probably won't return to this clinic. Reception staff was amazing though to help me find something within a couple days so good on that front I guess???

Immediately made smart ass remarks about her opioids she on, despite her never even mentioning them, and made several more inappropriate remarks during the appointment. He jump down my mom's throat for details on her medical charts, that had nothing to do with the appointment. The entire time, he treated us with discrimination and hatred. We already knew from urgent care that she tore her meniscus. The only thing he needed to do was refer her to an orthopedic, and he never even did that. My mother has no issues with her meds, and her knee has been extremely painful to the point she can barely walk. She did not deserve the discrimination she experienced over being on pain meds. I wouldn't recommend anyone go here who expects to be treated with dignity and respect.

Until this past year, I've enjoyed good health, but suddenly suffered a myriad of symptoms that I saw two primary care doctors, both of whom left their practices, leaving me undiagnosed. I had so many symptoms that came on so suddenly, I was unable to work for the first time in my life and I dreaded going to yet another doctor. I feared I'd be mistaken for a hypochondriac or worse, but Dr. Thadepalli listened to me and asked questions as I talked, almost as if he'd been reading my (non-existent) diary. Dr. Thadepalli quickly diagnosed me, making me comfortable that the treatment plan he prescribed would address my health issues step by step until I was back to my old self. He had me see some wonderful specialists, knowing just who to send me for compassionate, expert care. Dr. Thadepalli made me feel that he would not be satisfied until I was not just better, but thriving. He took his time with me, listened carefully, demonstrated a high level of expertise and went to bat for me twice: once with my health insurance regarding medication coverage and the second time, with my short-term disability carrier, without my even asking. I know for a fact that he worked late into the evening on a couple of occasions to tirelessly advocate for me, which I am eternally grateful for. Now, I am almost back to my former self and just wanted to advocate for him. Thanks to Dr. Thadepalli, I didn't lose my job and my husband has his wife back and our children have the old me back again. Dr. Thadepalli, I know how hard you've worked for me and know that you bring dedication and championship to patients when it just seems too much to go on. I want you to know how much I appreciate it these several months later. My husband, son Jon and I will all be seeing you this new year for all of our health care needs. Thank you for all of your advocacy and championship and for believing things would get better at a time I'd lost hope. You are a treasure.

My husband & I came to the clinic for Covid vaccinations today…read more I had previously been a patient of this clinic & chose to leave due to the unprofessionalism of the staff & overall rudeness. This visit didn't disappoint! The receptionist began asking the SAME QUESTIONS THAT I JUST FILLED OUT ON THE E-CHECK IN (and failed to greet us btw). I interrupted her & said that I had already answered all of these questions and that we were good or we wouldn't have come to the clinic to begin with. She asked when I did the check in??? I said when I received the email to complete the check in! She huffed at me & said she was "just doing her job". She then proceeded to throw our labels on the counter at us. Why does Allina ask you to take YOUR time to complete the check in if they are going to be repetitive and ask you all over again? This clinic is horribly managed. We will not come back again. Updated: Based on the "owner's comment" I took the time to reach out to the clinic manager today. It took almost 15 minutes to reach the correct person, only to be told that they weren't available because they were in a meeting. I left a message & didn't hear back from anyone. Not surprising.

Came to urgent care with URI symptoms and was found to have a blood pressure in the crisis range. A…read morePA saw me, took one look, and said I had a cold and she wasn't going to do any tests nor be concerned about the blood pressure since "it's just because you have a cold". I payed a $30 copay to just be glanced at and told I was fine. No blood cultures, no flu or COVID test, no listening to my lungs or heart - nothing. WebMD would have been more helpful then this.
