He did an immaculate job on my upper and lower dentures. I would never trust anyone but him. Unfortunatley I has a bad experience at CD Dental on 3555 Skymark, both Dr's Dan and his partner Dr Christine made a really bad upper denture and I had to forget about wearing it. This experience has made me lose faith in this establishment. I went for a routine teeth cleaning with my son. Some extra treatment was recommended for me by the hygienist. I was hesitant to go through with it because my company's insurance policy is extremely limited. Both the dentist and the dental assistant came in with quite an expensive quote for the extra work I needed - repeatedly confirming to me that the insurance policy would cover a huge chunk of that cost. They wore me down with their assurances that I would have nothing to worry about. The dental assistant made me sign paperwork for the quote that had been printed out by someone at the front desk. To sweeten the deal, they had even added a bonus of 10% off, approved by the dentist. Both the dental hygienist and dentist were very professional, and I believe they did a decent job with my son and I, regarding our dental requirements. The kicker came when I had to settle up the bill and was handed an invoice at the front desk with a shocking amount that I was required to pay out of pocket. I pointed out that I had signed a quote where I was only expected to pay about a third of that myself. The insurance policy was supposed to cover the rest. The reception staff are nothing but polite, but I realize that they do not seem to know what they are doing. After a lot of back and forth with the dentist, I was bluntly informed that a quote is just an estimate that they print out for customers! Nobody likes to be played for a fool, especially when they have limited income. Please hire capable and honest staff who do not mislead or deceive innocent customers with fake estimates to extract money out of them that they may not be in a position to pay. I am so hurt and disappointed by this incident that I had to write this review to save others from getting cheated in a similar way.
