Dr. Cathy and her positive team ( especially Janly, the hygienist) are amazing. I have a massive fear of going to the dentist and always have. It took me so long to go and to make my appointment. They were amazing and felt me so welcome. I was anxious and at the brink of throwing up but I was able to explain my fear to Dr. Cathy and she comforted me. NOT AT ALL HAPPY with this clinic or Dr. Ng. I think she must have skipped all the classes that talked about "bedside manner", or "calling people back"! This woman is the most ridiculous excuse for a dentist. She has NO compassion or caring for the people she's seeing. I went in for a upper pre-molar problem. She decided, without taking an x-ray since 15 months earlier, that the tooth needed to be extracted. The pain that I endured with the needles, etc. was excruciating. And, while everyone has a different pain threshold, when I cried out in agony, she literally "clicked her tongue on the roof of her mouth and uttered, "Oh God"...because, you know, people shouldn't be allowed to express pain. That was 2 days ago. I've been calling, texting the office for almost 24 hours (on a Thursday into Friday) and nobody is returning my calls, even though I've sent photos of the infection I'm now experiencing. Not that happy with this dental clinic had a appointment 1 morning at about 9 am the dental hygienist was about 10 maybe 15 minutes late i was about to leave that when she showed up 3 strikes and you lose my business lateness the dr (dentist) seamed upset one day no need to take it out on the person who paying for a service 3 strike no consent to do 2 jobs filling was taken out and new one was put in and was charged for i think a check up then asked if my insurance has changed not impressed at all to have had to pay about 250 plus also had a filling come out about a year later read more

Amazing experience! When I first entered the office, good protocols were in place to stop COVID including temperature checks and a screening form. Throughout my appointment, all the staff members that I saw were really nice. The whole staff are really good at their jobs and ensures that you have a good experience. Dr. Catherine and her husband Tim are the BEST, MOST GENUINE, TRUTHFUL, HIGHEST INTEGRITY doctor and TUTOR ever. Catherine and Tim are the BEST professionals in the business whom we have met. We have lived in Australia, US, India and Canada and have been to many many doctors in the past. I must say people and professionals like Cathy and Tim are very very hard to find. If you come across such people, you better hold on to them. They choose their staff that has the same values as they have. Hence, their customer service is unparalleled. You always get personal attention while are at their office. You get treated as a person and not another money making item which most other doctors think. Their orthodontics/myobrace practice is also phenomenal. We took the same services from another clinic in US. But, after coming to Canada and meeting Cathy and Tim, we realized we were missing a lot at the other clinic. Cathy and Tim have taken the orthodontics treatment to a whole another level. This Dentist opened up close by my house so I tried them out for the convenience but am very satisfied with the job they did. Very nice and positive people, very encouraging. I want in there with horrible teeth and they fought hard to restore them instead of suggesting extraction. Always making sure your comfortable and not in pain.
