Brandon never came back to do any maintenance on our home, despite cashing the checks, and has been unreachable since. We ran into him in public once, and he assured us life had gotten difficult but we didn't need to pursue legal action. He still never returned a call or to the address. He has been featured in FOX43 news for using counterfeit bills, and forgery. I would not recommend this company.

Tuesday we had the windows installed at the completion of the job when they had left my spouse had taken a very good look at the windows and was very disappointed with The 1-in Gap at the bottom and insulation hanging out . We reached out and called right away but their store was already closed. The next day Chris, called us back we informed him that we were very disappointed that the window didn't fit right and the insulation was hanging out . He told us that we should have had the windows framed out. He said that he could come back and frame them out for an additional cost of $750 after speaking with my spouse she said no we're not paying an additional charge that should have been done in the first place .

They came in and covered and floor, furniture before any work was done. Then they proceeded to tear…read moreout the sheet rock ceiling they also tarped off the doorways to cut down on the dust in the house. All of the men were polite. The install was quick and clean. I also had them paint the walls and the ceiling. They cleaned up at the end of the job. We only had some light mopping afterwards. Also, Impact G was one of the few people that returned my calls. My next project will be having them install new interior banisters.The price was ok. I was thinking about a lower price. But, I admit, I don't do this job and I had no idea of the price range. Like I said above, I called MANY contractors and 2 got back to me. Yes, I would recommend these guys.

They did get in touch with me to see how they could be of service. I emailed them back to explain what I really was looking for. I had no need of a cell phone (mobile phone) service. I still have them 5 stars due to them reaching out to me.
