When I contacted them the owner Rob was up front with me and told me at least 10-12 weeks out. He kept his word on the timeline. On top of the original project he was hired for I ran into a mold problem just as they were to begin the bathroom remodel. He stepped up and fixed the problem and did the original remodel with no breaks in between. The crew that worked here(John and George) couldn't have been nicer and respectful of my home. Hopefully I won't need anymore done to my house but is I do they will be the first I will call.

To make it even more fun, he went to his truck to work up an estimate and the next thing I knew the company was calling to cancel me out because I didn't like it. What kind of world is this! Tuesday we had the windows installed at the completion of the job when they had left my spouse had taken a very good look at the windows and was very disappointed with The 1-in Gap at the bottom and insulation hanging out . We reached out and called right away but their store was already closed. The next day Chris, called us back we informed him that we were very disappointed that the window didn't fit right and the insulation was hanging out . He told us that we should have had the windows framed out. He said that he could come back and frame them out for an additional cost of $750 after speaking with my spouse she said no we're not paying an additional charge that should have been done in the first place .

The treash hold was not put on properly. said he would come back and fix it. I've called him atleast six times and let text or message on phone and he never called or texted back. I'm very dissatisfied with the work that was not finished properly. I will not use this service again.
