They have fitness rooms, racquetball courts and you can play wallyball, playing volleyball in a racquetball court. I didn't meet any of the pros but they charge up to $90 an hour for private lesson.

If you have a group of 6 be sure to ask for two courts so the other two people aren't just waiting around. We brought our own gear and water bottles but there's tap water too. The beer garden area was neat because the card has credit and you pay by the ounce including things like Gatorade, cold brew coffee and different beers and wines. We saw a 40th birthday which seems like such a fun neat way to celebrate a big milestone birthday!

The park is well-kept and clean and it's a perfect afternoon or morning walk that is not too long. I think it's about 1.85 miles long if you do the whole track. But it has a nice little pavilion where you can barbecue and probably have a little get together. Lots of grass. The pathway is made of recycled, shredded rubber from tires I believe. It gives you a nice soft, cushiony feel when you walk. Throughout that trail you will see different exercise systems, that will help your exercise regime throughout. Incredible park to visit!
