Made an appointment for 5pm. Did a pre check-in, and registration . Arrived 15 minutes early and was not admitted back until 5:45. I sat in this clinic from 5pm until 8pm (closing). Front desk/ doctors and nurses did a great job, very kind. But all in all something needs to be changed involving the processes so that patients can be processed as efficiently as possible. read more

My husband was having an asthma attack and they had him wait, they weren't busy at all, the receptionist asked multiple times for them to come out and the person in the back took their sweet time coming out. They do not take asthma attacks serious at all. I do not recommend. Zero stars! Your job is to help the need ASAP My husband never told them he felt better yet as they were talking about him not attending to him AT ALL they said he felt better! I really tried my best to like this place but I don't know if they need help or just capable people to do the job. I just came for rapid Covid test because I'm going on a trip. I've been here for over an hour. Did all my paperwork online. I thought I did that to move quicker. Nope! Wrong. This is just not it. We need a better urgent care because the closest one after this one is in Stockbridge but if I can be seen at my appointment time I would rather drive over there. I came here as soon as they opened for an urgent care need. It didn't take long and all of the staff were very patient and friendly. I was seen quickly as well. Everything was clean. I normally go to concentra but I'll definitely be coming back here from now on. read more

When I visited this place it was fairly new. It was very clean but also very empty. You have to check in on an iPad just to check in with a person. When the male at the front desk finally called for me it was pretty simple. He asked me some basic questions and told me they'll be with me soon. I waited in the waiting room for about 15-20 min. Remind you that I'm the ONLY PERSON THERE. The care physician was nice and appeared to care about why I was there. She gave me my prescription and I was done. Fast forward months later, I get a notification that I have a new mark on my credit. Apparently, Fairview was considered "out of network" so I was responsible to pay a fairly high bill. My insurance said that Fairview was suppose to notify me with invoices, mail, and phone calls. I have received neither. But I sure received the credit report. Won't be returning. read more

I saw a NP for an insect bite in October. I told her that I woke up suddenly in a hotel room sensing the initial bite and discover 2 small whelps that gradually enlarged to include a large portion on my leg. I didn't see what bit me. My UC visit was approx 10min. She gave me a prescription for Keflex. I didn't take it because I knew it wasn't cellulitis. I saw my PCP 2 day later, was given a steroid shot and got better. I discover later that I had been bitten by a bed bug. I recently got a bill for Fairview Urgent Care for the amount of $74.02 not including my copay of $35.00. The total charge was $310.00 for a "25 minute" visit!!! As a medical doctor, when I was in private practice I couldn't bill that much!!! I wouldn't recommend Fairview Urgent Care to my dog, let along my family, friend or neighbors. I never write reviews. I'm pretty easy going, but felt compelled to respond. read more

I usually don't like visiting urgent care offices, but I recently had the most pleasant experience at Fairview Urgent Care. The facility is very serene and immaculate, and the staff is equally impressive! I was greeted by the Supervisor, Rodney, and the medical staff was very patient and kind with the scary patient that I know I am! I will return if I ever need any further medical care. read more

I went to this center to get a form completed for my employer. The facility was nice, practically no wait time. The NP was very nice and the staff were pleasant. Unfortunately they have horrible business practices. You sign a form stating they can charge your card for balances owed. I thought no big deal I'm a self pay client so I have to pay in full prior to being seen. Boy was I wrong. 5 months after my visit they debited my account 3X the amount of my visit, that I already paid prior to being seen.They have been giving me the run around for months, the clinic itself says although they collect money they don't do billing, billing says, I don't know the answer to your questions. HORRIBLE billing practices. I'm out hundreds of dollars with no remedy. If you have to use this facility, I strongly recommend paying with cash read more

Horrible! I called prior to me coming and was told to make an apt, which I made for 11am. Once we entered the building we were not greeted by the receptionist at all. I self checked myself in bc I'm 10mins early and noticed the receptionist is no longer at the desk. At this time several other patients walks in and the front desk is still left unattended, but what we did hear was loud talking from the back. AFTER waiting in the lobby for about 20mins, the receptionist, I think, came in and informed everyone that the systems were down and they cant see anyone. So I'm thinking when did you notice that the system were down and why weren't we informed this before we wasted our time. This will be my last time coming to this establishment. read more

This place is the absolute worse. I gave them 3 changes because they are close to my home and the only shining light is the Dr. that is only there on the weekends. The young lady at the front is rude and very unprofessional. They promote supporting veterans with "Special Veteran Benefit Guarantee" but would not complete a 1page form to document the care they 1/2 rendered and got paid for. And the the PA bragged about how he refused to complete the form for 3 other Soldiers IN uniform that very day. I asked for a record of the visit and after leaving the clinic that he did not do any of the things he said. I injured my back but he never checked Range of Motion, reflexes, or anything but documented that it was normal on the document. He gave me 3 medications that he told me nothing about. I gave them a second chance today because I needed a COVID-19 test due to direct contact. I scheduled the appoint and went in waited for 45 minutes just to find out they charge $150 and don't take TriCare insurance for COVID-19 test. The rude girl up front kept saying the same thing over and over without giving a real justification. TriCare does pay for COVID-19 test but they dont take it. This is such a warm and friendly urgent care. Even though I was only there for 15mins or less to do a drug test, my experience with Rodney was overall great service! I wanted to post this as a patients husband as I think you should know that your staff is being poorly managed from an unknown person that is never in the office, billing is never accurate, and questions are never answered about money matters. I was in the clinic on Monday April 1, tried to talk to Denise (of whom is unprofessional) to try and discuss my bill, I had to wait for 15minutes, after the other young lady told her that I was there to discuss my bill. Denise was busy discussing her private stories with a patient checking in and did not seem phased about other patients waiting to be checked in. She was taking her time with(actually being slow) helping people. I left the clinic after being given the billing office number by the other young lady checking in the patients. She apologized and reminded Denise, and the response from Denise to the lady was short and rude for patients to hear. I called back into your clinic today, asked for Denise, and was put on hold for almost 10min, hung up and called back only to be put on hold again. Calling the billing office is worse, they are incompetent, they told me to call the clinic and take care of the bill and get clarification because they did not find me in the system. Then referred me to this email and a number. My wife and I have been in this clinic before, and the same young lady that was checking in patients on Monday was there also working the back caring for patients, and trying to help everyone on her own, because no one was around, and at that time I had to wait, only for my time to be wasted on Denise to come resolve an issue at the end of my visit. She must be the only one that can answer questions. My wife has been in the clinic to be seen and had the same rude wait time and unprofessional conversation by her at the front desk. We did not want to hear of her personal issues or ex husband etc..etc...I heard others complaining, but once again, someone from the back came up and moved the process along. I don't know why everytime we come in there are new staff members except this Denise lady, she is slow, and she doesn't know anything about billing, she could not answer any questions and she quoted wrong info to my wife about our insurance and charged her $100 on top of her copay, and we still got a bill. This is a nice place to come, our nurse shelly from the front desk is professional and nice, the doctor Teresa is very caring from when my wife was seen. I hope they are there next time we might come back. I will give a review just in case this is not a good email. read more

Slowest place ever. I called and said is there a wait. They said oh no come right in there's no one here right now. I did I work less then 1 min away I get here and have to wait 2 hours to be seen and there is no one in the waiting room. Do not come here!! Worst place ever. No help no care.
