Staff response times are dangerously slow. Call buttons are routinely ignored for over an hour, leaving residents unable to get assistance with basic daily activities like using the restroom or getting out of bed. On multiple occasions, we found my father's room to be dirty, soiled adult diapers left unchanged. Management (Katima, Marie) and CNA, Jackie and many others is are unresponsive to concerns and dismisses complaints. I went to get a DOT physical for my CDL to stay active and valid. The process was smooth. From start to finish , I was in and out in an hour. Flat. I filled out some medical forms and sat for about 10-15 min before being greeted again and called back. It wasn't packed of super busy like other places I've been to before. It was a sigh of relief lol. Once I was in the back I proceeded to complete my tests and spoke with the provider. Her personality was so pure.
