The claims adjuster was not helpful and fact falsely reported that the minor damage was major as as a result the carfax report affecting the resale value of the vehicle. I have a friend who uses Berger and ONeal for their insurance and Michael Berger and his staff looked at my policies and recommended new carriers that in total saved me at least $8000 in this first year. It was the best insurance move I have ever made.

I met with them in person and discussed policy information one on one. They answered all my questions and were very friendly. They wanted the same things that I wanted, to have good reliable coverage and to pay as little as possible for it. They provided me with an "insurace binder" that I took to the tag office to register my car the same day. When I got to the tag office they told me they could not accept the "insurance binder" without the VIN# on it. I was able to call up my agent, have them fax over an updated document, and register my car. If I hadn't used them I probably still wouldn't have insurance, and if I did, it probably wouldn't be a good deal. Plus, I probably wouldn't have been able to register my car yet. If you want good coverage, no hassle, good value, and human interaction, then call them.

I have been…read morerelatively quite satisfied with them until I met Pankaj and he offered me a friendly review of my insurance coverages and offered that he may be able to reduce my premiums. At first I was very apprehensive as I knew my premiums were already quite low given I had excellent track record with my home and auto and I was with them for almost 15 years however I still gave Pankaj a try. When he ran my numbers, I was very pleasantly surprised that he was able to get all my premiums and overall insurance cost down with Farmers by atleast 20%. It was a no brainer for me to switch at that time. What I really like about Pankaj is that he not only works very hard to get you the best possible deal and value with respect to insurance, he is also very knowledgable in all types of insurances - Life, Auto, Home, Business General Liability, Business Error and Omissions etc. I have since then called him several times to take his advice on different types of insurances and he ALWAYS picks up the phone and answer all my questions with lot of patience. His knowledge and customer service has been by far the best among all the insurance agents I have worked with in last 15 years. With the professionalism, communication skills, knowledge and efficiency of the Farmers Claim agent help (Ms.Stephanie) and their preferred shop (Ed Voyles Body Shop -Mr.Heath) the process of claims management and the blow was softened.
