At first I was very apprehensive as I knew my premiums were already quite low given I had excellent track record with my home and auto and I was with them for almost 15 years however I still gave Pankaj a try. When he ran my numbers, I was very pleasantly surprised that he was able to get all my premiums and overall insurance cost down with Farmers by atleast 20%. It was a no brainer for me to switch at that time.
