My parents were made aware of this agency through word of mouth, and I have to say that without them bringing this to my attention, we never would have met Jay Chung and been able to work with State Farm again. As you can imagine, insurance premiums have been really creeping up and becoming more expensive, so the timing couldn't have been better for us to meet with Jay. He was thoughtful, professional, and friendly- also, very THOROUGH. Any questions we had, were answered. He followed up with us to ensure that we were maximizing our potential discounts, and also doing the little things to make sure that we are satisfied with the level of coverage that we now have for home, auto, and umbrella for our situation. My parents are elderly, but still perfectly able to move about and be social and do things on their own. Jay was patient with them, and I cannot state how happy I was that I really wasn't involved in the process because he was so supportive and great to work with. I cannot state this enough- Jay walked us through SIGNIFICANT savings for our family home/auto. I highly recommend this agency not only for cost management, but the benefit of having an agent to ask any questions or air concerns, or even help filing a claim- Jay is going to be there for us. After my experiences with spending endless hours debating the coverage with my healthcare insurance company that covered my wife's Cancer treatments I wasn't a big fan of insurance companies. I highly recommend always going through a local agent for any insurance needs, and this office is definitely one of the best. I got a car insurance quote that was a fraction of the other quotes, and they were extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions clearly and professionally. Years later when I bought my condo, they again beat out every other insurance company for homeowners insurance, and got me a bundle discount. They always pick up the phone and are easy to get in touch with. Later, Chris Patterson at this office cut my homeowners insurance in half by reviewing my HOA master policy and switching me to a supplemental policy that complements the areas missing from my HOA policy (such as personal belongings and interior damage). When my mortgage company didn't receive my updated policies, he personally followed up with them over a period of weeks and made sure they had both policies in place, and that the mistakes with my escrow were corrected. Chris had no obligation to help me with anything other than the supplemental policy (after all it's my HOA and mortgage company), but he gladly stepped up and was always more than willing to help me over email, phone, etc. Dealing with all of it on my own would've been such a headache. Time is money, and he saved me a ton of both! Highly recommended.
