I'm looking for a place to help my father with his sleeping issues. He snores extremely loudly and is choking in his sleep to the point where it wakes him up all night, would this be a place that could help?

She was being so rude to people coming in, nearly yelling at them saying she couldn't hear them, when they were all very elderly and couldn't speak loud. An elderly woman came in on a mobile scooter that had died and after she checked in up front, the receptionist did not offer to help push her or move her, so she was left sitting there. I then got up and offered to help move her scooter. I assisted her with finding an outlet and plugging it in to get it charging, but something wasn't working right with her charger. My name got called to then go back for my appointment and I walked up to the woman who was the receptionist and asked if she could help the older woman out. The receptionist clearly saw me helping her before, looked at me and said nothing, and got up, very annoyed to then go and try to help the woman. I even told the medical assistant about it, as she asked me if the woman needed help, and she thanked me for letting her know, so it sounded as if they might have issues with this woman frequently. I can't believe someone in a healthcare facility was not willing or happy to help this woman. Terrible service and care!

He is rarely in office and only visits for a few minutes the PA Kat is just as bad. She spends less than 10 minutes with you, speaks very fast and loud, shows impatience when asked to repeat herself. She shares inappropriate judgements, offering no compassion for anyone.

After my exam which was barely 10 min he said that I needed an MRI and then would review and go over the results on the next appointment. I went to front to schedule an MRI with the lady up front and gave her my information and then asked to use their restroom and Dr Folz told me I couldn't use the bathroom I said we'll this ones in use and he then said okay go ahead and use the other restroom I guess. This Dr has a serious attitude with his patients. I decided to cancel any and all appointments going forward with Phoenix Neurology and won't be recommending them.

I was advised to have expensive tests to figure out these episodes I am having in the night. The test results showed nothing but I was left with a huge bill. I told them I was getting off the cancer-causing drugs, and they just turned around and recommended I try a different drug. This clinic is a money-making business and does not attend to the patient getting good sleep. I asked for records and did not get them. I asked about a complaint process and just was giving a phone number to leave a message at. No one called me back. I DO NOT recommend this clinic.

I have been with Physicians choice for about 10years ( maybe More) and have ALWAYS received…read moreoutstanding customer service. Recently when i called for supplies i got someone who told me they did not have any record of me in thier system when i didn't accept that answer she rechecked and found me. I wondered what went wrong, now i know.. Rotech took over from physician choice and medical specilist, since then i have had to call about a malfunctioning indogen g3 portable oxigen machine. I was told by my rep 9Turn out he is a manager). that they no no longer carried the model that i have so cannot replace it. He did offer to contact indogen to see if he could get a replacement . I asked him to call me back and let me know what he found out. He never did, now he is out sick. When i called today the customer service lady informed me they don't even carry indogen products. so now i have a oxigen machine that in not working propwerally and a company dothsat does not seem to care. During this sane 4-5 week period i have been trying to get a replacement cpap machine. I have followed all the request from Physician Choice and and Roctect tell me they don't have info my doctor, my doctors office tells me they sent the script in back in august tehy resent in in this week and Rotect Still tells me they don't have a request for a new machine. My currennt cpap is between 10-12 years old and has never been serviced or repaired except when i have changed the filters.. I am hoping my doctor can find me a medical company that cares about thier patiences. This company actually scares, me, on a scale of 1-5 I would give them a point 5 they don't even deserve a 1 rating. I see by there overall rating I am not the only person unhappy with this non caring company. BTW: Medical specialist has been the company handling my cpap machine and supplies since i first needed it. They too have always been great with thier customer service. Sure hope my doctor can find agood company to keet me going. I just don't understand Rotech attitude toward thier patiences.
