All this stems from getting screwed on a car that I was deceived on and lied to about...and when they attempted to make it "right" they pulled deals off the table faster than put them on...they are not holding up to their end of the deal they made whatsoever....I would never go back to this dealership due to the ignorance of staff and the inability for them to keep private matters of clients private and to hold up to their end of the deal. I had both of my Hondas serviced at Hazleton Honda and was 100% satisfied. They offered free complimentary oil changes for both cars since it was their first visit. They also offered some great coupons, which saved me even more money. The service was very friendly and efficient. I visited the show room and learned about their "Set for Life" program, which includes free oil changes, free car washes, and more when you purchase a vehicle there. I'll be back to talk about trading in my vehicles for new ones from Hazleton Honda! I also can wait to use their express service for oil changes!

There are three men working the service desk and I have interacted with all three during my service…read morevisits since purchasing my car. However today the white guy with plan hair was very aggressive and disrespectful because he was tell me of a new cost of $200 that was not disclosed to me when I brought my car in 5 days prior. When asked why it was not discussed he blamed it on the mechanic and then started to lie and became very aggressive. He also proceeded to jump up out of his seat making the situation even worst. After which he then went a head to tell me I don't have to take the service if I don't want it. He also had 3 days he could have called and I formed me of the additional cost that I would have been created with this morning. Once he got to the standing and voice increased I walked away because I work in a world where customer service is valued and appreciated. I come to this location bc it is about a 6 minutes drive from my house. For good customer service and application I will travel... If I have to come back to this location I will ensure that I get a different rep. I will add his name once I get it.
