These folks were friendly and had available coffee. As somebody that came to the garage in a pinch, I'm satisfied with their work.

You would think they would want to fix a mistake quickly seeing as I already paid 3 times as much as it should be. Three months later I call to make sure I still have an appointment and a guy answers. I had to actually cancel my appointment and he asked if the next week would be good. I took all my vehicles to Barto's for years. Today that changed. I took my car in on Friday to have…read morethem do an inspection and change two tires on it and it needed a tire rod end and a lightbulb which I said go ahead and change. I also asked him when I got there To change rotors for the rear that I normally do myself because it takes all of about 10 or 15 minutes. I already had the rotors. Today I decided that I didn't want to do that because it was raining outside and I figured they would give a nice little price break since I always talk to them. I got my bill and it was $123 to take off two screws for the calipers and a set screw to hold the rotors in place. They already had to take the back wheels off to do the inspection. So I confront of them today and ask him about that and he got all sassy with me so we'll maybe you should've asked for a quote in the beginning. I was never much of one to trust mechanics in the beginning and I thought these guys were honest. But as of today I have realize that they are not so much anymore and now I'm going to find a new mechanic. If it was available I would give 0 star!s!!!
