Paid in full for a fairy to entertain at my daughter's birthday party - the day of the party came and the fairy was a no show. My daughter was absolutely devastated. Thankfully they processed my refund promptly, but it was hard to contact the business owner on the day, my little one was very upset and I had 12 kids at my house with no back up activities organised.
