I wouldn't even give these people a single star if I could. I have had to cancel a booking due to…read morerain and thunder. I explained to them I live out of state and that the full credit they returned would be of no use, but they proceeded to refused. I understood it was no benefit to their business losing this booking (Note this cancellation is 2 days in advance) and I even offered $300 refunded out of the $550 I paid in full. This here is the response I got from them... disgusting!!!

They Take your money then don't provide the service- Didnt answer the phone when things were going…read morewrong, the supervisor we paid for didn't arrive until the final hour of a 3 hour party and then I have been ignored after requesting a refund for a service we didn't receive. They also didnt pick up the castle the day after as planned and arrived at the public venue the following day instead. avoid at all costs
