The salon was clean and the seats were comfortable. My grandma was greeted by the woman up front (whose name I will update later) and was treated so warmly throughout the whole experience. It was so nice to see my reserved grandma casually chatting and laughing with someone new. The hairstyle was different from what she usually wears and she loved it! Something fresh and easy to maintain. You could tell she was really feeling herself afterwards and that's priceless. I have been going to her now for 18 months since my last review and her hair styling just gets better and better. I have given her numerous referrals because she IS that good. After the second attempt by the original stylist, the owner took over. He couldn't even get it right. He gave me platinum white hair at first, then attempted to "tone" it. Still didn't get it right. After doing the foils, instead of putting me under a light ring, they put a towel over my head instead. I ended up with white platinum hair with ash gray overtone. The salon is filthy, especially the bathroom. There are even the holes in the ceiling. If you're a blonde, I do not recommend this salon. I highly suggest you run from it. If there was a negative rating button, I would've given it a -10.
