My husband and I decided that hiring them for a 4 year old birthday party was a 'must-have'. With COVID, I was so nervous having a safe party, but Cup and Saucer put me at ease with straight forward guidelines and procedures for the performers and my guests. They made decision-making easy with their mature, respectful safety protocols. We were happy to host the Snow Sisters in mid-June and loved every single second of it. We had about 8 younger guests ranging from 2-7. The interactions were precious and I'm certain we all made some really special memories that day. I'd like to point out a specific moment that showed me how aware and well-trained these performers really are. I have a young, princess-loving cousin who was very apprehensive about participating. In fact, she did not engage with the performers at all because she hid in the kitchen for the majority of the 'performance'. Prior to leaving, the Snow Sisters specifically sought out the parents and asked to see the "Shy Princess". While singing, chatting, and dancing with my young guests, they KNEW that there was a little girl who wasn't participating due to fear. They didn't shrug this experience off for her. They looked for her, made sure she was comfortable, and sat for photos with her once she was more relaxed. ABOVE AND BEYOND CARE! I was surprised they even remembered her...really made my heart sing that they didn't forget even one special guest and made the party magical for everyone. I cannot recommend these performers or this company enough. I will 100% utilize their services again in the future.

He emailed my son the night before that he was canceling it and because he was so busy with everything he did not see it. All of there business is done thru fb messenger so to throw in an email to cancel, not make a phone call or text is a very unprofessional move! Not only that he will not refund their money to him, so they are out this money plus all the money they paid for the hall and food and now they have to still pay to go to the courthouse! Horrible business!! When I called him wanting his money back he hung up on me and said do what you have to do!! So I am blowing his name up in every media outlet I can!
