On Sunday, services are at 9am and 11am, while Wednesday are at 7pm. The Pastors believe The Word of God should have practical applicability to your life. We have been members of FCC for almost 9 years, coming from an environment where I doubted God's existence I can truly testify that God is real and He is good and coming to this church has been one of the best decisions We have made as a family. I attended this church a couple of times because my brother is a member. I couldn't have been more turned off by their pastor and the message here. The pastor's EGO is as big if not bigger than the God he serves. Their philosophy of prosperity overshadowed the message of the love, forgiveness, and mercy of Christ. This church hurt me in a lot of ways, but the worst is that they could have cared less if I was there or not. I was there three days a week (sometimes more), volunteering, giving, doing everything I was told to. When I left, no one said a word. Only one person ever contacted me, someone from one of the men's groups. None of the pastors or leaders contacted me to see if I was alright. No one contacted me to see what was wrong. It was as if the seven years I was there meant nothing to anyone. That isn't a church, a community. It's a business. Austin, I know you'll read this. Please, take care of the people you have. Make sure people are truly accounted for because I don't want anyone else to have to feel as empty as I did walking out that door. read more

This is the most toxic and hateful environment I have ever been in. I never write reviews but hope this can spare anyone else the pain my family and I have experienced. We spent years in this church and wish I could take them back. This church is the Pharisees that Jesus taught against. They only care about money and gossip. Tithes and offerings is almost as long as the sermon. They do not believe in the unity of churches or being one in Christ. If you visit other ministries, you are asked to stop visiting other churches or else you are punished or asked to leave. They do not participate in mission trips or community outreach. There is a cult/hierarchy here and the more you give, the higher up your status. If you give enough, you're "privileged" to sit next to the pastors. If you do not fit in their mentality, you are pushed out. They only preach about money and politics and it is run like a business. The worship is a rock concert with full production but not with the spirit of God there and not done to seek his presence. If you need help, they ask you to buy their books first or pay tithes or else they do not bat an eye. They do not care about you as a person, only your wallet. Even people that have been there for years, they turn away or push out without a second thought. The pastors hold themselves higher than everyone and you are "privileged" to say two words and shake their hands after service and they immediately leave and do not interact with the congregation. They flaunt their wealth how they're millionaires and have 4 different expensive cars and want you to be apart of the pyramid scheme. The adults here act like high schoolers intent on gossiping and talking about people behind their back. They do not teach based on the Bible and take things out of context to fit with "success and wealth and money" and condemn as much as they can but do not teach on anything outside of that. The school is the same way. They run kids out who truly need to be there surrounded by Christ and try to keep their "perfect bubble" intact. But if you come from a family that tithes, don't worry, you can do no wrong. They have a problem with their employees talking to students inappropriately. They can't keep a staff for their school anymore because they leave or fire them because they don't want to pay too much out of pocket and instead hire inexperienced, unqualified prior students or members. If you end up leaving, they gossip about you to save face and make up problems and other reasons to taint your integrity so no one will question them. Do not take much weight into the other reviews. They promoted their members to write positive reviews to counteract any negative ones. The ones that responded have fed into the mentality and drank the Kool-Aid and have good standing in this church business. At first, I didn't believe it and thought people were leaving because of other reasons or they were not strong in their faith. But after experiencing it for myself and the hostility, my eyes have been opened. Please, stay as far away from here for you and your family. There are many other churches who truly have the spirit of God and seeking Him who welcome people with open arms but this is not one. read more

My husband and I were looking for a church that would positively impact our daily lives and FCC has done that and more. Attending FCC for the past 2 years has provided our growing family with not only a wonderful and strong faith family, but we have also been taught critical tools to reframe our mindset from: Accepting what the world has to offer, to instead: Confessing and believing beyond anything we would have previously thought was possible. We have gained insight to understand who we are in Christ, how to develop a deep and meaningful relationship with our heavenly Father, how to be bold and step out in faith in our lives and among those around us, and also ultimately to be a blessing and to sow good seed. We receive a great word every service and inevitably along the way we find ourselves learning how to break bad habits and how to replace them with life changing biblical applications that over time will prove to be the backbone to why we are continuously moving up levels in our lives. It had taken my husband and I 30 years of doing things our way, but once we found Faith Christian Center, we are more than happy to be apart of a church that has God and His word at the heart of everything they stand for and it has been a welcomed life-changing journey ever since. My husband and I started coming to this church just a couple of months ago and so far we are loving it here. We have a toddler who doesn't like being without us and the staff at the child care has been very patient and understanding. The practical, uplifting word they teach has truly changed our lives. My husband and I have 3 beautiful boys, 5 years old, 18 months and 6 weeks old. We were having difficulty conceiving our first child, when we started going to this church, due to health challenges. Pastor Gene and Sue Lingerfelt taught us how to utilize the Word to obtain our faith goals of healing. And to make a long story short, we now have 3 sweet boys. We are forever great-full. I live and work in far East Texas, but I come to Arlington nearly every other weekend and have been attending OFCC and really wish I could go all the time. I absolutely love it. I feel so able to praise and worship in ways that feel right to me. The people are warm and friendly without being pushy and in your face with denominational doctrines. Just honest Bible teaching in inspired messages, that uplift and make you leave feeling really great about life and God's love for us. Keep up the good work OFCC. I have been a member for almost 20 years now we actually are taught directly out of the bible each week. My Pastor has a solid backbone of concrete with steel bars that won't bend running through it to the latest popular view of what the church fads should be. Instead we are only taught what God's written word reads. A few years back Dr. Gene said something I will never forget at a men's night out that changed my focus every since that day. And I quote " Without Constant Tremendous Applied Effort To God's Word Christian's Will Fall Out With God" It's the applied action steps we take in our lives combined with long term consistency of our positive choices and decisions that brings our harvest or the exact opposite no harvest the choice is yours I have already made mine. read more
