The only times we've experienced crowds is on a holiday weekend Saturday. Otherwise for skiing it's pretty tame, much more so than Bogus Basin which we avoid now. My kids have had great private and group ski lessons here. The food options are limited and we generally bring our own snacks and drinks and eat at the truck on a ski day but they do offer tasty ice cream which my kids love as a treat after a long day. We usually stop at the coffee shop every time which is pretty good but nothing to rave about. It really depends on the staff. Pizza is a good deal as a large pizza can feed our whole family lunch. We've also been in the summer and it's even more low key. You almost wonder how they stay open but man, the beauty here is just gorgeous. Renting boats through their marina has always been easy and the teens who work there are always polite. Tamarack is a resort that we will continue to support for years to come.

And Emili offered to step in and help with our dessert serving logistics even though it wasn't part of the order from WW. Emili is a very engaged vendor that provides outstanding catering! In the end it all worked out and the party ended up perfect. We went through a windstorm of a ceremony and the battery powdered system outside was a Godsend as the power went out in the venue. With a few hiccups during the reception, Eric was able to adapt and overcome quickly and everything went off smoothly and our guests had no clue anything had to be rearranged on the fly. Eric is an amazing DJ&MC, I just wish his pricing was more transparent and/or standardized as I believe that would have eliminated last minute surprise add on's in the budget.
