There were days we were both frustrated and she always gave advice to me like a real friend would. She truly cared about my family member as well as my family. We are very private and there were times I needed to talk about things and she was always there for me. The first time I spoke with her I knew we made the right choice. Unfortunately, my family member had fallen in Black Canyon while hiking. It was extremely important for my family member's mother to have a timeline. Alexandra sent her team out to Montrose and she created a timeline down to the minute. I have no idea how she did it but she did and she was spot on. There were days I thought the park Rangers would stop looking and she reassured me that would not ever happen. She even went to the extent of calling companies to search just in case they stopped looking. They didn't stop. They found him and brought him home to us. A week later my bangle and my bracelet were shortened perfectly. Two weeks later my cross bracelet arrived. Unfortunately, I damaged the clasp the first week. The damage was completely due to MY misuse. Not their skill. (I am EXTREMELY HARD ON JEWELRY) We took it back in to be repaired. I just picked it up. They put on a heavy duty clasp at my request. Most people don't think of Yelp as a place to find anything other than a restaurant nearby but can assure you it's much more. If a professional service business has good reviews it's because they did an amazing job so I can assure you to trust those reviews. Their website has a contact form which allows you to submit your request/concern after hours to have someone follow up and walk you through next steps. I was contacted by Jan who had been trying to reach me for over a week (due to me transposing a number for my cell phone) and she was so amazing at providing an overview of how the practice works and what to expect. She has a calming and empathetic way of handling clients and is a great Segway into what to expect after. Jan set an appointment with Matt about a week out who specializes in HOA issues (and had great reviews and feedback on the internet) so I was excited to get some expert feedback on what I should do. Matt called me on the dot for our scheduled appointment and immediately had a way of making me feel at ease -meaning I wasn't worried he was a shady attorney who will tell you anything to get you to put down a retainer. In fact, he did the opposite. He took the time to walk through each of my concerns, provided info on what I need to have on hand to build a case if I wanted, and also was able to reference Colorado laws. He also is the type to admit he might not be the expert in a certain field but could definitely find you one who was. Such an admirable trait to feel you weren't getting catfished :) Anyhow long story short, Matt took more time than allotted to answer my questions and make sure I had everything I needed to decide if I wanted to move forward with a case. He isn't pushy and felt like I was talking to a good friend who offered advice as the SME. Although I'm not sure what I'm doing with my case yet he provided me with more than enough info to help me understand how I can make a decision! I would highly recommend these guys if ever in need of a real estate matter and especially one that involves an HOA! They also do more but that is the reason I reached out! In a court hearing the restaurant testified clearly they did not serve them with the substitute service .. the company's process server Mr David Hart clearly is the judge rule did not serve the restaurant management as they said they did in the affidavit.
