The best I've ever had in my life" The communication leading up to the day was great, one of the massage therapists had to call out sick so they made sure we were ok with the substitution. They are located in a shared office building, it was a little confusing finding them at first but easy enough :) The waiting area has a comfortable seating spot and calming music playing. They offered us drinks while we filled out the intake forms. The massage room was very clean and they both asked us details about what we were looking for, any pain spots, how much pressure we liked. I have a broken clavicle and she was great dealing with it during the massage, never any discomfort :) The massages were a perfect way to end our mini vacation. Extremely relaxing. Without hesitation I would book them again any time we are back in the area!

Mickey is very knowledgeable, helpful, patient and kind. She will show you alternative stretches/moves if you are experiencing pain or have mobility issues. I just started and have only taken her chair yoga classes which I can feel is helping me strengthen my core. Thank you Mickey and Namaste.
