The staff and manager could not help me while the owner was on vacation and I was informed that the company would contact me after he returned BUT No PHONE CALL NOTHING so disappointing and just bad business. Yes, they are friendly when you purchase and even when you have a problem BUT what is the point when no one seems to understand especially when you are in need of what they promised you would work I have spent 239 plus 25 for transfer of files for one computer and 175 plus 50 for another refurbished computer not to mention the WiFi card that I had to purchase when the computer (when I brought it home and realized there was NO WiFi card in it, that would have been helpful to know) I am sure NOW I will get a call or maybe not because I see that they like the positive reviews that the owner pointed and mentioned repeatedly to me. Pricing was very fair, and I agreed to leave a deposit. I'd like to respond to the review by Jonathan W…read more Unique Image was sold the end of 2022 so we are unable to reply directly to the review- which was posted 3 years AFTER the poster placed the order. The details here are important to understand. This customer purchased his own shirts and only came to Unique Image (Ui) to have them printed. He had the shirts drop- shipped directly to Ui. The shirts were counted in as is the normal practice. The customer was notified immediately that the 3X shirts were not received and he should notify his vendor about the missing shirts to have them sent. Ui offered to print the shirts once they arrived. The customer was only charged for the printing of the shirts that were received, therefore no refund was warranted. Not sure what else the customer expected Ui to do for him as we were not the supplier of his shirts. Had he placed the order for the shirts with Ui we would've made sure he got them. Not sure why he's chosen to post about this 3 years later??!!

They asked me to provide documentation of the delivery. After providing the confirmation of the delivery they refused to supply the shirts and refused refund my money. They told me I should have counted and checked when I picked up the order . They clearly did NOT appreciate my business. It may have been because I was black or they just could care less about any returning customer. I now use Rush Oder tees. Take your business where you are respected not tolerated.

Recently I came across a huge virus in my computer. Calling my local Internet service Provider proved to be absolutely frivilous, even talking to my Anti-Virus protection service didn't reassure me they could totally cure my problem atleast without it costing me my first born child. I just kept running into walls with every phone call i made the prices seemed to keep multiplying for anysort of resolution. One late afternoon i strolled into the local wawa and just happened to look up at the bulletin board with business cards and services being offered where I came across a small card for a company offering desktop and laptop repair. I figured what the heck and gave them a call. The man who I spoke to intially seemed to immediatly understand and sympathize with my situation he even offered to come and pick up my laptop any location I found convienent. All seemed well but I was still skeptical about pricing. He was able to offer some base prices and then went into possible scenarios of what the total bill would most likely end up costing me. I was pleasantly surprised with the fair services being offered and it was by far the best deal I had come across yet so I decided to give this local Company a try. After meeting me at that same wawa by my house I handed over my problems and prayed for a miracle. I was so impressed by the way "Rob" kept me informed about the progress of his work on my computer and the way he offered several different routes to a resolution working with my financial limitations and needs. Within just about 2 hours of meeting the man I knew exactly what was wrong with the PC and what would needed to be done to fix it. All of my information that was stored on the laptop was backed up and saved. In the end they ended up having to redo my entire system. When i got my computer back all the data was restored with nothing being deleted or lost, the virus and all traces of corruption were completely wiped out not to mention my laptop was running better than the day i first got it. Rob provided me with a couple friendly tips and encouraged me to call anytime Day or night if i ever needed any sort of assistance his only request was for me to spread the word. So here I confess, I found a great small honest computer repair business who made me feel genuinley greatful for awesome service, affordable pricing and convience.
