They finish cooking at your table on a heated slab of stone or salt. The rib eye a la tequila and rib eye a la sal (salt) are intended to feed two people, and at roughly $45 are more than worth it - especially when they set the rib eye a la tequila on fire tableside. They have a reasonable drink selection as well, including high end. No wait, and prices were extremely reasonable (less than $40 per steak). The view of Monterrey and the Sierra Madres is also spectacular. I highly recommend you try this for a fun dinner out in Monterrey.
