I've never had a bad…read moreexperience in office and I've been here for annuals, sick visits with my kids, etc. BUT - and this is a HUGE one - the billing is a problem. I have run into issues multiple times with billing. If you owe something, they are not the best to deal with. One time, due to changing insurance, I had a balance on one of my children. I brought him in without knowing this and they refused to see him without payment. A child. A sick little boy. He was sobbing from pain sitting in the waiting room. Absolutely unacceptable. I had to call my husband to come because I needed to pay with a credit card I didn't have, and we waited until he could get there. I was so angry about that ridiculousness I almost never went back. Still, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned for my annual the next year because I like my doctor. Once again, there was a balance (not a big one, either), butI paid some on it and was seen. However, after running out of medication a few months later, they denied my refill until I cleared my balance. Please realize this means that they will not approve a daily medication if you owe any money whatsoever. They will also claim your account is inactive and you'll have to come in for an office visit to get approval for the refill AND have to pay a $50 copay for literally nothing. So all in all, I might be on the hunt for a new primary care now. Life is hard enough without fighting to get the healthcare needed.

I have been very pleased with Dr. Livitz as my PCP. I find her to be very knowledgeable and not quick to medicate. However, I work 5 days a week, 8-5. I am a Registered Nurse at a facility that is difficult to take time off due to being in a transitional phase. I scheduled a telemedicine appointment with Dr. Livitz. I wait an hour, called the office to confirm I had the write day and time, I did! Dr.Livitz never showed up! I should charge her for that visit since it pulled me away from work. I let it go because she sent me an apology and said she would call that evening. She never called. This never happened before. I made my yearly physical appointment. Last week I left work early to get to this appointment. My Supervisor covered my patients so that I could see her. I showed up 15 minutes early as requested. My appointment was at 2:30, I was pulled into a room at 3:00. I let the Nurse know I had to go back to work. She stated Dr.Livitz was worth the wait. I waited and waited. 3:35 and still no sign of the Dr. My time is just as valuable as Dr. Livitz. Another day pulled away from work with no visit with the Dr. Now, I am not going to tell you to go elsewhere because I have been pleased with my care. I have family who are pleased with their choice of physicians. Dr.Livitz is a great physician but, it is rude to not show up for your appointments or have someone notify the patient that you are behind schedule. If you have nothing better to do with your time, go see her. Otherwise, choose another physician. My family loves Dr. Bruni and Dr. Morris. I now have to find another physician. I am sad about this because I have not been feeling well and would have liked to discuss this. I hope this review is helpful.

I paid as I went at the time of service. I have no insurance. I PAID IN FULL AT EACH APPOINTMENT. I don't owe Fyzical a dollar. Stop harassing me.

This review is in reference to their billing. It is impossible to actually reach a person when you…read morehave a billing question. We received an email telling us how much was owed by their billing department which we paid (mailed check). Then we get another bill with a higher amount after receiving confirmation that we owed the first amount. When trying to contact the billing department, you can only leave a voice mail. The email address on the statement is invalid. While their therapists may be wonderful, their billing department lacks in many ways, especially customer service.
