The most incompetent delivery company I have ever dealt with. If I could give Falcon Express zero stars, I would. I have never encountered a delivery company with such an astonishing lack of accountability, reliable records, communication, and basic customer service. Falcon lost a package of mine that is irreplaceable, and trying to determine what happened to it has been almost as unbelievable as the disappearance itself. Their supposed proof of delivery was a photograph of a package room in a completely different building, not mine. I investigated the photograph myself and discovered something even more concerning: the photo's embedded metadata indicated that it was taken weeks before Falcon claims my package was delivered. So I naturally asked Falcon to explain this. Their answer? Essentially: "I don't know." Falcon apparently has GPS data associated with its drivers, but I was told GPS can be off on "cloudy days". This doesn't make sense because the photograph of the building that the alleged delivery took place is 2 miles away from mine. How could a cloud make such a big difference in GPS location? By policy, Falcon drivers take delivery photographs, but when questioned about this particular photograph, the driver reportedly couldn't remember taking it. Their own delivery evidence appears inconsistent with the alleged delivery, yet nobody seems capable of explaining how or why. Manager Amos initially appeared to be helping investigate my missing package. Unfortunately, communication then became virtually nonexistent. Emails went unanswered. I repeatedly had to follow up. Dispatch employees I dealt with were rude and unhelpful. Every avenue seems to end in some variation of "I don't know." When I finally asked Amos for the name or contact information of someone in upper management who could actually address this situation, I was told that he was "not at liberty" to provide that information, but that he would pass along my message. Seriously? What kind of legitimate delivery company operates this way in 2026? A customer's irreplaceable package disappears, or worst, was never even delivered according to their latest story. The delivery photograph shows another building. The photograph's metadata appears to predate the supposed delivery by weeks. The driver reportedly doesn't remember taking the photograph. GPS supposedly doesn't work due to clouds in the sky. Management can't explain the discrepancies. Emails aren't answered. And when you ask to escalate the matter, you're not even allowed to know who you're escalating it to. At some point, this stops feeling like ordinary incompetence and starts raising serious questions about the integrity of Falcon's delivery and recordkeeping processes. I cannot know what actually happened to my package, and I am not going to accuse an individual employee of stealing it without evidence. But Falcon's inability--or unwillingness--to provide a coherent explanation for these discrepancies has left me with absolutely no confidence in this company, and certainly makes you wonder what they are trying to hide here. And no, a refund does not always make a customer whole. Money can replace an ordinary purchase. It cannot necessarily replace the contents of an irreplaceable package. That is precisely why a delivery company is entrusted with getting a package to the correct recipient and maintaining reliable records showing what happened to it. If you're a business considering using Falcon Express, I strongly recommend choosing another carrier. I would never trust this company with another package. Losing a package is one thing; the horrendous customer service, nonexistent communication, and complete lack of accountability afterward is even worse. Mistakes happen, but how a company handles them says everything. Falcon's response was unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of customer service and basic professionalism. Absolutely horrible. I had to call them again and again just to locate my package. The operators are not at all helpful and very unprofessional. I made at least five calls each day and every time they just tell me they have trouble reaching the drivers and will give me a call back, and never call back. How hard is it to reach your own driver?! Update: Despite the clear instruction I left to JUST LEAVE THE PACKAGE OUTSIDE, their driver decided they couldn't deliver the package and returned it to the sender. Genius. read more

Wish I could give zero. The absolute worst delivery company I have ever experienced. The driver supposedly attempted to deliver the package but never called or used the entry system to deliver my package. How does that even make sense? The tracking information indicates that the package was delivered when this obviously is not true. It's 5 days later and I've been trying to get my package ever since. I've had to call them at least 5 times (one of those times I was left on hold for over 25 minutes and no one ever came back so I hung up). I just received the first phone call from them saying that my package will be delivered tomorrow. I'll believe it when I see it! As a small local company, I have utilized FXT several times for courier deliveries as needed. The service that you find with FXT cannot be found anywhere else (at least in my experience) and I do believe it is due to the small, family-oriented environment that they foster. They have gone above and beyond for me on numerous occasions to ensure that my business needs are met, even on short notice. I absolutely recommend giving this company a try! read more

Unprepared, unprofessional. Van was filthy. Delivery personnel smelled of BO and cigarettes. Did not bring the agreed number of people. Did not know how to assemble furniture. Did not know how to handle furniture. Had not moving blankets or plastic wrap, or moving straps. Attempted to recruit help from a gas station to move furniture in my home. Only one person spoke English. Mover's pants kept falling down. Horrible. read more

I only wish I could give this company zero stars. I would never recommend anyone use them for anything. Unbelievably unprofessional. Tracking information was wrong and never updated, the first delivery attempt made 2 weeks late-- and the delivery driver left 10 seconds after ringing the bell (caught on video). I called them up to arrange a delivery on a different day, and then managed to work from home that day-- only to find out that the customer service rep lied to me and they never processed the package; they were prepared to return it to sender, forcing me to drive down (1 hour each way) to pick it up myself. read more

So instead of calling to ask which door was correct they just called and told dispatch no one was home which my wife was all day today. So now instead of helping me out they say I have to reschedule my delivery so now we have to take off work again to be home. Then to make matters worse before calling the company itself my wife called the driver and he was super rude and decided to yell at her and tell her it's not his problem. Falcon strikes again! We had a horrible experience with this company last year in the delivery of a couch. Now, we were saddened to learn that we'd have to deal with Falcon for the delivery of a bed. They called us 24 hours earlier than hour scheduled appointment to tell us the delivery was 20 minutes away. When they realized they were a day early, they said they would come at the originally scheduled time. Then, on the morning of, the driver blew a tire and they told us they were not able to find another driver to get us our bed. So we are now looking at three nights without a bed to sleep on. This is my first and last time using Falcon Same Day Service. I called for a pick up this morning for a 2pm delivery into DC, at most an hour away. It is after 2 and I was told by customer service that it would be at least another hour. I was asked to have my package ready when I placed the call at 10:30, the package was not picked up until 1:27, almost 3 hours later. I wish they were honest with me that they wouldn't be able to handle my request so that I could've made more appropriate arrangements. I called Falcon Express recently for a same-day delivery with a critical deadline. Their customer service representatives (and their delivery person) were spectacular. Everyone was upbeat, professional, helpful and very efficient. Finding great customer service can be so difficult sometimes - it honestly was like a breath of fresh air working with Falcon - I knew I was in good hands. They picked up on time and delivered on time, just as promised. My entire experience was very positive - will definitely use them again. read more

Only giving a 1 because I can't give a zero. I ordered a product from Sam's Club who outsources shipping to AIT, who outsources to Flacon "Express" (laughable). I arranged for delivery on Friday, 11/23 which was the earliest delivery I was being offered. The day after I scheduled the appt. I received an email stating that they would be able to fulfill the request and I would have to pick another day; I chose Saturday the 24th, which they also could not fulfill. I then asked them to deliver on Monday the 26th, no signature. They said they would have to check if they were allowed to leave it without a signature. 1 week later, I stil had no package, and no answer to my question. So, on Monday the 26th, I called and told them to deliver on Tuesday the 27th, and that I would make sure somebody was there to sign. Tuesday came and passed, still no package. I called again, they claimed they misunderstood and would deliver Wednesday the 28th. I said I would need at the minimum 30 minute call ahead to make sure somebody would be there, they agreed. Wednesday arrived, I received a 15 minute call ahead, could not get somebody to my house in time, sooooo no package. I called again, they said someone would call me to set up another delivery appointment. So Tuesday the 4th arrives, I had not been contacted by them so I called again. We set up delivery for Friday, 12/7. They guaranteed I would receive delivery between 12 - 4. It is now 4:41, I have no package, and they have no idea where it currently is or when I will be getting it. They did ask how they could make it right though, LOL. read more

Horrible unprofessional delivery driver. The whole neighborhood is icy after a 2 day storm. My sidewalk was shoveled but still had ice on it due to continuing freezing rain. I do have steps, sonits a straight shot to my door. The driver refused to deliver my package to the door because of ice, which was fine. I told him to leave it on my sidewalk by my mailbox. He then proceeded to walk up the same side walk in which he refused to bring my package up (it was on a cart) to have me sign the delivery paper. When I looked at the package, I noticed that it was hanging out in the street. We do not have sidewalks. When I asked him to push it back further onto my sidewalk, he started to argue with me. He asked me why I didn't shovel the sidewalk. I said it was obvious I did, but it was still raining. I asked why he would walk up my sidewalk to have me sign a paper, but not roll my packagenup. No reply. He eventually pushed my package back, but with a huge attitude. As a side note, he was wearing tennis shows, which is inappropriate attire for delivering in icy conditions. i called to complain but it fell on deaf ears. read more

If I have learned anything all these years, it is that the world of deliveries is extremely challenging to always perfectly accommodate. I can say with confidence and a long track record, FXT tries their best to make me, my business and customers as happy as possible. They do this through unimaginable traffic and weather conditions. They do this even when my own business has occasionally had delays, working with me and my staff to arrange the pickup of packages well after business hours during the week or on the weekend. Throughout the years, I have worked the closest with Michael Nalls, Amos Munyan and Kim Lawler. On occasion and as necessary, I have discussions with FXT's President, Joe Ashkin. Their accessibility is what sets them apart from other delivery companies. I truly believe they care about all their customers and their deliveries, no matter their size. I know we all want perfect employees that always make the best decisions and remember how to perfectly execute every single situation you train them for. The reality is, we are all human and on occasion, employees make mistakes. I can tell you with confidence, when that does happen, FXT does what they can to make it right. I have used Falcon Express since 2007 for local overnight deliveries. I ship approximately 30-50 packages a month and have been very pleased with the service. Now this does not men that every delivery is perfect but the effort and the communication that goes into every delivery is pretty close to perfect. They care about their customers and often go out of their way to make anything that goes wrong, right again. Good customer service is becoming more and more difficult to find. I became aware that Falcon also offers home delivery for large items. I was able to use this service over the summer to have patio furniture, new kitchen cabinets, and a refrigerator delivered. I had two different delivery teams for the 3 deliveries. Both teams were professional and so very friendly. It was a pleasure to have them in my home. I use Falcon's overnight service with one of their drop boxes near my office. The later pickup time (8 pm) makes it very convenient for me to drop off a package while I'm heading home. They offer a rush delivery service (I'm a last minute guy), which is great when you're on a time crunch. Unlike most companies, their customer service reps are always available and very helpful. The couriers are always on time and my clients never have complaints. They notify you by email when you're packages are picked up and delivered. You can't beat their prices and they have been in the area for a long time. I would recommend their services to any business. read more

Do not use this company!! I paid for White Glove Delivery of a recliner which included their delivering the chair to my fifth floor apartment. Instead of doing this, they manipulated the front-desk attendant on the first floor into signing for the chair and left it inside the front door. I had to get someone to move it to my apartment. When I called them, I was told the attendant would not let them deliver it upstairs and they never returned to a building when their services had been declined.
