Alan, and his wife, Michelle, were incredibly professional, courteous, efficient, and detailed. I have been in customer service for 27 years, and have high expectations with regards to the level of service I provide to my customers, and for the service that I receive. They…read morewere quick, at one point it was going to rain mid-way through the install so they pulled out all the stops and they got my roof done ahead of schedule before it rained. Since then the roof has held up great! Last week I started seeing a leak on the outside of my house. I called them up and the owner sent someone out the same day just to rule anything out. When they came out we both agreed that it didn't look like there was anything wrong with the roof, but that didn't stop them for doing their best to stop it from leaking they added some caulking around some holes in the stucco and masonry and fixed up some of the flashing near the leak. After that, it was still leaking, but Brad, the owner, was kind enough to come out again, even though it had NOTHING to do with the roof just to double-check on me and make sure that I was doing well. At the end of the day, they took off a side gutter and found a hole in the wall that the builders had left from when the house was built. Again, STILL not roof related, but they treated me like family and helped me as if it were and fixed it up for me. Literally cannot say enough good things about WDR! I've never found a company that is this helpful or this responsive.

They came out within 48 hours, quoted within 12 hours after that, and came by within another 72 hours to get it done. It was truly impressive. Especially when I had 4 other roofers come out, say they'll provide a quote, 3/4 of which never did, and 1 which did but never responded to a follow-up question.
