We received 4 bids for our roof replacement and Transcendent Roofing had the most reasonable pricing as well as having a terrific rating everywhere we looked. We are extremely pleased we selected Transcendent! Everyone we worked with was superb: Michael--gave us the bid, checked on the job and followed through until the end; Bill--Supervisor who made sure the crew had the materials needed and the expertise to do our difficult job; Jose--leader of the crew and craftsman for our fascia board replacement; and Brad, the owner who came out to check on the job every day and was in close contact to be sure it was going well. Ours was not the standard shingle replacement job. In addition to decking that had to be replaced, we had some enormous cedar fascia boards that were rotting and had to be replaced. Jose and his team powered through it, making custom cuts to fit the new boards in place adjacent to the existing ones. As you can see in the photos, we opted to stain the new boards ourselves to save a few bucks. Most people don't think about a roofing company until they have a problem. That's me. When I had water coming through a light fixture in my living room ceiling I remembered seeing some workers on a neighbors house the week before. So I went and talked to them. They also had a leak and recommended Transcendent roofing. They were not the cheapest estimate they got, but knew that the cheapest is not always the best. Anyway they were happy with the results, so I called Transcendent roofing. I was lucky enough to have Chris Harmon come out to look at my problem. A more honest man I think I have never meet. The exact source of a water leak can be hard to pin point even when you can see the leak in the ceiling. Water leaks can originate quite a distance from where you actually see the leak. Chris made sure any and all sources were sealed. Even went after possible sources of future leaks, like putting sealant on visible nails. A big shout out to Transcendent Roofing. I had a handful of shingles blow off my roof from a recent northern cold-snap. I have an aging roof and this wasn't the first time I had lost some shingles due to weather. I was concerned about getting someone out to fix my issue in a timely fashion. Another big concern, speaking from previous experience, was getting a roofer out to my location because it was such a small job and not a lot of profit from fixing a handful of shingles--plus, more bad weather was expected. Transcendent Roofing replaced our hail damaged roof. They gave us a clear description of the damage to the roof and provided photos that we could submit to our insurance company. The day before the installation all of the roofing materials were delivered. On installation day a crew of 8 showed up and proceeded to replace the roof. The crew worked hard and were very professional. In less than 8 hours we had a beautiful new roof! The crew cleaned up our yard and made sure there were no nails or roofing materials hiding in the grass. Brad kept in touch with us throughout the entire process and he did an excellent job in keeping us informed. He came by after the job was finished and did a personal inspection of the work. He even took photos of the finished roof with a drone! All in all I was completely impressed with how smoothly the job was done. I had a very small job that I wanted to get roofed (an outside shed that I had built). Now, to be totally honest, I was picky about color and style, which introduced delay in the material procurement process (especially given the small size of the job, the manufacturers were not inclined to prioritize me), so that is on me. But, contrasted to that, they kept me updated regularly on the status of the order, and once the materials came in, they were out quickly to complete the work. I happened to be out of town at the time, so they took pictures of the completed job for me to view until I got back. Oh, and they finished the job in less than a day. With recent storms in the area we developed a leak in our aging roof. Our insurance provided us with a dollar amount to get it replaced and a complicated estimate and I was not sure what to do next. Brad was awesome on the phone, talking me through what I was looking at and advising me to seek out the best roof I could for the price insurance would be willing to pay. For due diligence I took a couple of other quotes, but felt at ease the whole time with Brad and the roof and warranty he offered were certainly the best I found! I called this company because they have a 5 star rating with the Better Business Bureau. They certainly do live up to that 5 star Rating! Nick Barnes had everything he needed quickly to give us a quote to send to the insurance company. I filed the claim after he got me the quote. As a result, the insurance company approved it within a day. The roofers came out and were fast and very professional. They had me do a walk around to make sure they didn't miss anything. They changed a couple of small things and even fixed a hole in a corner that a squirrel made that had nothing to do with the roof so I wouldn't go on the roof later. We needed to replace an older metal roof. I contacted three companies, one local (we're just north of Leander), and two from "in-town". One guy barely even looked at the roof to provide a quote. The other (local) guy also took a pretty quick look and then was way too expensive and then Transcendent showed up.
