If you only use the telephone to communicate; then, a simple note on your website should indicate that! So when the prospective client has to call your business to inquire if their online request was received and proceed to have a follow-up conversation, you should know what they are talking about and if you don't; then, the professional thing to do is to do your diligence and be professional! He then claimed, "That the person in the wheelchair vomited in the back of the van, and that he had to take the van to clean it, before picking me up." SMH He finally showed up at 5:53! I decided to look around the van, to see if there was any evidence of his story of having the van cleaned. There was no evidence - no liquid in crevices and no scent of cleaner! I attempted to call the company's 877#. The phone rang several times, and finally a, mumbling, foreign man answered, by simply saying, "Hello". I had to look at my cell to make sure I called the correct company number. Wow, clearly unprofessional drivers and representatives, too! If you mind waiting 2 to 3 hours to be picked up from appts., and unprofessional reps that answer the company's line, as if, it's their personal cellphone...AVOID THIS COMPANY !
