DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!…read more I purchased a Whirlpool washing machine from this store. I started having problems with it so I called the store for help. Nobody answered the phone. I called over a dozen times over the course of an hour. No answer. The phone just rings and then eventually disconnects. I finally got someone at the customer service desk who took my name, number, and told me she would have an appliance associate call me. No call after an hour, so I called the customer service desk again. Same woman snapped at me that she had already transferred my call to appliances twice. I told her I had only spoken with her once prior to that call, and she said she must have been thinking of another customer. She then confirmed that she gave my name and number to an appliance associate an hour ago. I told her I still hadn't been called, and she acted confused. Two days later I had still not received any call back, so I called and asked for the store manager. I was told he was off work that day, and asked if I would like to speak with the appliances department manager. I said I would, then they said they didn't know where she was but they would take my name and number and she would call me. Over 24 hours later she still hasn't called. I called Lowes corporate customer service number. They were essentially worthless. They claimed not to know the name or phone number for the district or regional manager, then transferred me back to the Hot Springs, Arkansas store. I let the phone ring for 10 solid minutes before finally hanging up. From the comments I have read, I am not the only person who has had this problem with the Lowes in Hot Springs. They take your money ($580 in my case) and then stonewall you if you have a question or problem. If you need home improvement supplies, and especially if you need to make a major purchase, like an appliance, go somewhere else. Don't buy from Lowes, and especially don't buy from the store at 300 Corner Stone Blvd, Hot Springs, AR 71913.
