Down home food that left us getting to go plates. Then we did some unique shopping. Everything you think you could want is here. Unique gifts and crafts galore. My favorite item purchased was an owl. We stopped for gas and food and tried the southern restaurant which you pay for by the items you get. Overall, I do not think the price for the food is worth it because the food was not great but it saved a life. The cornbread was the worst I have ever tasted and straight up taste like cornmeal and just water. However the potato wedges were delicious, soft on the inside and a bit crispy on the outside. The hush puppy lacked flavor and was a bit burned, the mashed potatoes was very bland and the veggies are from a can. The fried chicken was ok. The service was alright and there are nice seating options available.
