After a rocky start, Lourdes calmed us both down, called the manufacturer and solved the problem to our satisfaction. We left the store with a new, bigger TV, (paid the difference of course) and a clear understanding of the store's warranty/ return policy which was grossly misrepresented by the SAM'S employee when the original TV was bought. Miss Lourdes, thanks to go the extra mile to send us home completely satisfied with SAM'S and its customer service.

We put our purchases back and started walking out. I commented to my husband that the " "5:00 is 5:00," comment really upset me. The owner, as he closed the door said to us "Whatever!"
